Do not book this hotel. Do not use Booking.com. Both are incompetent, misleading and deeply dismaying. Cramped, hot room, inadequate blinds, argumentative unfriendly staff, lumpy bed cheap nylon sheets. Stay away

The place is run down and not clean. The bathroom and toilet were not clean. Not happy with the service and will not return under this management. The bed smelled musty and mouldy and I dared not get under the sheets. We put more clothes on because we were cold and didn't trust the blankets. or the pillows or the towels. We used our clothes to cover them. We only stayed one night but that was enough and we were desperate for a place to sleep.
We will not be returning.

I had booked a reservation through Agoda for my daughter and son-in-law to stay at this hotel. They were flying in from US on a long flight. The hotel was told they would be arriving late in the evening. When they arrived they were told their reservation was cancelled and there were no more rooms available!They had to find a room on a friday night on the first night of their honeymoon. When they got back to the US I asked how the hotel room was. They explained to me what had happened and I contacted Agoda to get my money reimbursed. Agoda just informed me that hotel claims my daughter never showed up and they would not reimburse me! My daughter has no reason not to take advantage of the room I paid for and find a new room at 11pm on a Friday night!

I had a late check-in at this Hotel just yesterday and found the Hotel no problem at all. The staff were very helpful at check-in and the room was modern, spacious and very clean. A pleasant stay. Thank you very much and recommend this Hotel to others if you want to be close to Airport.

The room was dingy and stunk terribly. The windows did not open either to let us air it out so we had to put air con on on a chilly night to circulate the smell of mold ð·.
Bathroom was also gross.
I would have been fine with the room for 50$ or less per night (what it was worth), but $145 Canadian! Big scam. Highly recommend paying $20 extra and going somewhere clean.
Wifi does not work in rooms.
A few positives: -late check in at 2am was ok and it was close to the airport.
-Good shower pressure
-The man at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
-No rats or cockroaches were seen
