It's a small hotel not very well known and barely ahs around 50 rooms.. I was taking a chance when I booked a suite in it.. But I have to say more than happily that I'm glad I took that risk cause it was more than worth it.. Just as the photos showed, the room was an exact copy.. The staff is courteous and extremely helpful.. The hotel is rather small and I think almost perfect for couples who wish to relax for a quiet and luxurious evening within a restricted budget.. 5 stars from my side.. Fantastic lil gem of a place..

The hotel location might not be too good but the rooms are nice n cosy. Rooms are small in size but very tastefully done with an eye for detail. Food is equally good and not at all spicy and oily.
Recommended for a small trip at a reasonable good price.
Just to add, the hotel does not have a gym and a pool.

This hotel was booked as last minute entry by my office at Mumbai for 3 outside visitors like me. I have not heard of the name and also location is also not exciting but would definitely say that it was surprisingly much better then what i though from inside. We stayed in suites which were good enough.
Food was average and breakfast was just average.

The room was small but very clean. So was the bathroom.
Overall service was a bit slow so I was surprised at the other reviews which have applauded the service.
The location is in a side lane in the middle of a residential area and not so easy to reach.
For dinner, I ordered a Pizza from room service. When it arrived it was quite cold... seems they were ordering from some other pizza joint and serving it as theirs.
The invoice was at a price much higher than the menu placed in Room Service. They are cheating their guests.
in the morning, at the breakfast room, there was no room. Apparently, they would rather that people coming for a day conference have breakfast than their room guests.
This hotel seems to attract a lot of young crowd - maybe some nearly call center contracts them.

Firstly thanks front desk team to give me free upgradation into suite room. Rooms are amazingly design as each floor has it's own story. Rooms are neat & clean with all basic amenities provided by hotel. Patch of sky the terrace infinity pool is one of the best attraction, had good time there in evening. Staff is polite & helpful mostly the front desk. All in it was good stay in Aureole & would love to recommend this to all travellers.
