Clean and smart

Great apartment bang in the centre of the city.
Itâs a 5 minutes walk to the station, main square and the main shopping district. Honestly could ask for a better location.
Check in is easy with access codes to the building and the checking box where the keys are.
The rooms are clean and upto date and exactly what I saw online and in the photos (Iâve had experiences where you donât quite get what you pay for)
Only thing I would say is donât expect too much of a kitchen as its a kettle and microwave in a cupboard not an equipped kitchen.
Great location and good value

I was recommended this hotel by a travel blogger friend and it was a good value for the location and the room was very spacious. However, I think Airbnb would be just as good a value and (this is entirely my fault for not reading closely) I didn't choose to Airbnb because I don't usually get an international plan on my phone so I didn't want to have to communicate with a host upon arrival. This hotel, without a front desk, put me in the same predicament. The communication was not very good up front - even though I requested early check-in and luggage storage upon arrival, this information wasn't provided. Luckily, I caught a housekeeping staff who was able to contact the office for me, who then told me how to store my luggage. What they didn't tell me however, was that the luggage storage key would not let me back into the hotel so I was trapped in the parking garage for about 30 minutes (this after 20 hours of flying was very stressful) Going forward, I would choose a proper hotel simply for the peace of mind of having staff on site and a front desk.
If you plan to have a working cell phone, and are not concerned with having a front desk, then this hotel is great. Very close to Grand Place and 100's of places to eat, 10 minutes walk to Gare-Central, 15 minutes walk to Sablon, etc, etc. It is well-worn, but the bathroom was luxurious (rain shower and soaking tub) and the kitchen would be handy for an extended stay. (Being so close to the train station, trains do rumble below quite frequently - I am a heavy sleeper, so this was not an issue for me, but it's worth noting)
TERRIBLE!

Just to come to a conclusion, it was horrible, the floor was dirty, there were stains in de bathroom. HAIR in the "cleaned" beds and it looked liked it hasn't even been cleaned. I've never had the feeling to be willing to walk on naked feet because after 3 steps there were hair and dirt on it.
Also I can't believe anybody could ever sleep tight with the noise in it. I just don't understand why this hotel has 5 stars. If it had 2 stars I wouldn't make a review

The perfect space for a family with little kids. Close to the center but not in the middle of everything so not loud at night. Easy access. Comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We booked the two bedroom apartment and were surprised and happy with its size.
Downside: baby crib is provided at an extra cost (I do not think one should be charged for it). No front desk (but their phone service was very helpful).
