Ideal for tourists, family and humble business meetings. Good service, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Nice location, peaceful place and good amenities. Very good food and menu. Recommended for tourist.

We stayed one night in this hotel with two kids. We booked a room for 4 person but there was some hiccups with the booking, so we found ourselves in a double room. The receptionist was very helpful. We received two mattresses in 4 minutes which were perfect for kids.
The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Honestly, we didnât expect such a rich variety.
We are regular visitors of the turtles already. This hotel is pretty close to our regular guide who takes us to turtle watch.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean and tidy too.
We had a great time and a very good sleep.

Very clean rooms, bathrooms and overall hotel.
Rooms are spacious, bed comfortable and A/C works perfectly.
Special attention in the restaurant, from Sarkhar who is a wonderful host and whose service and knowledge really make the difference.
Certainly the best in Ras al Hadd, as expensive as all the hotels in Oman unfortunately.

The hotel is ideal for one night stay at Ras Al Haad. Located almost 65Kms from Sur city, this hotel is located next to the beach. The staffs are very helpful. Restaurant is just basic but the cost is sky high. The rooms are just an average & clean.

We found this hotel because it was recommended by someone in the desert camp we stayed at the previous two nights. We arrived in the dark and did have a bit of trouble finding it as it seemed to go off road but it was the only building so decided it must be the hotel and kept going.
We thought we were getting there too late to see the turtles and expected to have to stay a second night. But we were lucky. As soon as we walked into the lobby, they asked us if we wanted to see the turtles and, if so, to come back quickly and they would take us. It was terrific. They were extremely accommodating. They even held food for us so we were able to eat when we got back from turtles.
We were able to walk the beach next morning and it was lovely.
All in all, a very good experience. And not expensive.
