Booked here as 3 couples for a birthday treat. On booking in was told we had been upgraded. Was very happy with this until we saw the room. Curtains were drawn when we went in and upon opening could see why. Full building site right outside the window. Couldn't open the curtains as workmen could see straight in! Banging and drilling going on so not the peaceful retreat we hoped for. Might as well stayed in temple street in city for the noise! At least we would have been nearer the bars. Email sent to hotel but they haven't even bothered to reply! Shame as could be a lovely hotel.

It's a good location and is twenty minutes walking from Stephens Green. The bedroom are good and very clean. The price is good BUT everywhere from the foyer to the bedrooms and bathrooms needs upgrading and refurbishment. At the moments it's really a good 3star ! Very efficient staff and check in.

Came here at the end of January for a long weekend lovely hotel very quiet lovel dining room coffee shop restautrant & bar very friendly staff nothing to much trouble 5 stars highly reccomended.plenty of taxis out side to take you to the city centre very helpfull drivers one gave us a map and told us were to find the places we needed to visit

Did a group booking for 24 people in this hotel and it met all of my expectations. Arrived and all rooms and keys etc allocated and ready to go. Pleasant ambience. Decent rooms and bathrooms. Really good full Irish Breakfast and service excellent. The Dubliner Pub which is part of the hotel is great. Prices are reasonable, good service, good bar food and very accommodating in moving some furniture around for the group to watch the rugby.Plenty of cabs outside to take you into Grafton Street and Trinity Square which takes less than 10 minutes. I would have no hesitation in going back.

Would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff for been so helpful and friendly, especially the front of house manager and nights team.
Myself and my work colleges visited last week to attend an awards evening.
The hotel is a short 10 / 15 minute walk from the centre and $8.00 in a taxi.
The room was very clean and the bed so comfy. Breakfast was also very tasty with a huge variety of choice! ( the pancake machine and granola breakfast pots were such a nice touch ). The hotel has so many great facilities including a barber's in the reception area!
This was my second time in Dublin and enjoyed it so much I will 100% returning soon back to this hotel, I would recommend it to anyone.
