Simply put a wonderful location and base for our annual visit to the Prescott Hill Climb events.
Carol is a fantastic host, the quality and condition of the accommodation is excellent and the full English Breakfast is a personal highlight to my stay.
If you are looking for accommodation in this part of the country, stop looking and book.
Looking forward to next years visit.

Only stayed the one night but was perfect. Clean and cosy. Breakfast was great and ample. Nothing was to much trouble for the owner . Tea and voice in room ,TV, and clean linen , nice and warm and nice and quiet would have no hesitation in booking again.

A friendly welcome was afforded at this quaint guest house. The room was well kept and provided a comfortable bed / good night of sleep. The owners afforded a warm welcome and served a delicious breakfast. I would recommend staying here.

Stopped here for one night rather than driving Nottingham to Bristol and back up to Cheltenham. It was 20 minutes from centre of Cheltenham and easy to find.
On arrival owner made me feel really welcome despite being a busy family celebration. Room was warm and comfy and nice and airy of needed.
Lovely, lovely deep bath in nice bathroom. Nice full breakfast, freshly cooked. If back in this area and need a b&b would definately use it again.....and I never even got to use the pool.

We stopped here for one night because it was in a good location and fitted in with our plans.
The house is really nicely furnished and well kept, there are lots of quaint little features which make good use of space and add character to the rooms. We took the two upstairs rooms which suited us really well as it felt like we had our own space.
It was VERY warm during our stay and the upstairs was quite stuffy, the windows aren't very large and it was difficult to get any air in. The rooms would probably benefit from the addition of a fan in warm weather.
Overall a very cosy and welcoming place to stay, excellent value and suited us very well.
