    What People are saying

Nice staff - really bad hotel

    AustralianLucy on 17/07/2010 06:50

I also stayed at two other hotels and paid similar money, so I'm comparing here - the service at this hotel was really rather good, but the rooms are very grubby, cigratte burns on carpets, grimy bathroom, grotty walls covered in finger marks. We have kids so booked a hotel with a pool - the pool was closed the entire duration of our stay (routine cleaning that took the whole afternoon. In anycase it was small and looked unsafe for young kids due to cracked tiles everywhere. The gym was a joke - more like a dungeon! Breafast was comnparatively boring - little choice and lots of things had run out before we got there. The were also short on glasses and cutlery, it was coming out in ones and twos to people queuing by the orange juice! The smell of smoke in the restaurant was dreadful as was the smoke smell throughout the hotel. We read reviews before staying here, but had no choice as every other hotel was booked out. This was the last one with vacancies and for good reason! We paid $53 US plus all the fees and charges - same price as the vastly better Singasana.

Worst in class and poor value for money

The cleanliness of this hotel needs major work asap- room smells, carpets are filthy, furnishings very tired and dirty. Beds need to replaced too. Really not worth the rate they charge by any means. So many other better options in town for same price. Breakfast and location is ok.

Love this hotel... That's all I can say... Great price, friendly employees, great view from the balcony, and strategic location. I tried the 3 days/2nights holiday package to trans studio, bantimurung, fort rotterdam, and samalona island. It was a very fun experience and iI would definitely recommend this hotel for a weekend gateway . The hotel provide everything for my trip.

    Smoke gets in your eyes

We stayed for 3 nights. The standard deluxe room was small and cluttered. There wasn't much choice for breakfast and since the area is quite small better to take breakfast after 8.30am after the crowd has left. Since smoking is permitted everywhere it is rather hard to sit around anywhere in the public area to avoid the smoke. We were awaken each morning at around 3.30am onwards by the morning muslim prayers. We also found the traffic noise a little annoying at night. There were few attractions nearby except for Losari Beach .
