Was a bit uncertain to book the hotel as it was our first time in India. However, the staff made us feel at home. They were very helpful, caring and always cooperate. We had a great moment at Bawa. Am sure we'll come back again and is definitely recommended.

The hotel was booked for 4 days stay on business tour. The biggest advantage as far as my need is concern was the location. The hotel is located very near to Ambedkar Road, Behind Chitra Cinema , Dadar-E. One can have nearby prominent places like shopping, eating and connectivity by Train & Taxis. Will recommend for commuters. Only shortfall is Breakfast is served in the room itself & hence have very limited choice. Room can be more spacious and airy, that I feld. Rest of Okkk.

I had a pleasant stay at your hotel, the only problem was with the internet because I could not get connection in my room. Besides that all were good and compliments to your providing timely and useful information to guests when you had problem with the line connections between your reception and rooms also thanks for the chocolate candies, very thoughtful!

Have recently visited this hotel! Have visited this coz of my fist experience was amazing with this hotel! Where this hotel have a service called,"Day Use" which has a time where u check in at 12 pm and check at 6 pm. This service is majorly used by short transistor or couples to spend some quality time. I was the second option person!
Now this hotel have confirmed my bookings for this day use service 4 day in advance so that we do not face any last minute problem.
First of all they made me wait for almost 40 mins after my check in process.
And with the legit service time provided my check out should be 6 pm. But but but... The receptionist gave me a call at 5 pm and ask me to check out in 10 min.
Can u imagine a hotel receptionist asking u to check out in 10 mins.
They are asking me to leave the hotel. And nobody even apologised or explained the situation why a guest is asked to leave.
- This hotel is the worst hotel where u can do not get a good service
- Guest are disturbed by calling in the room(even after there is a sign of DO NOT DISTURB on the door)
- Call and ask to leave before the check out time
- No one apologies about the situation why this happened
- Gives u false confirmation on your booking.
STOP CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMER, ATLEAST WE DO NOT EXPECT THIS WITH THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY!!
