room is too small and the floor need some upgrading, its old and musty, also the ac was loud . I stayed here before it was fine then this time was not pleasant. the customer service was not nice they just tell me that there's no other room available for me to transfer, not even look at their system.

The hotel is great, nice ambience, overlooking the city, and transportation is easy and accessible. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room is very clean and safe. It has wifi connection. Overall it is great. I would recommend them to a friend.

The entire party and stay was amazing! The hotel crew are all attentive, accomodating, customer oriented and friendly. The food served was great, set up was excellent, and our rooms were upgraded to my surpriseare, overall it is awesome! we will surely come back here again and I highly recommend this hotel for family and occasions!

We went to have an interview for visa in the US embassy and went for random trips to fun places like manila Ocean park,manila zoo where we met a 40 years old elephant around my stay here please continue doing great have a good day/night

The staff are friendly and very accomodating. The guards are also very helpful. I like the service compared to other hotels that ive visited. The rooms are bigger and clean. I like the breakfast buffet too.
