We stayed as a family of five in two suite rooms at the front of the hotel with a fantastic view of the sea. The service was excellent and we had a very relaxing stay. The hotel staff were extremely accommodating and the hotel itself was spotlessly clean and run like clockwork. This hotel is spacious and there were a large number of staff catering for the needs of a small number of guests. The attention to detail is impressive.
The nearby sandy beach was amazing and swept daily to keep it pristine. It is adjoined to the hotel pool by a short walkway and I was pleased to find that even in late October the waters were warm enough to swim in. The hotel provided an endless supply of clean towels for us to use on the beach and at the poolside. The hotel spa was great and I was surprised by how few people were using the facility given how good it was.
All of the meals we had were delicious and there was a plentiful variety of foods available. The restaurant staff were attentive, and quick to help with any requests. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a five star hotel in Playa de Muro.

This is our first holiday trip in Mallorca and we are so pleased that we stayed in Palace del Muro

The beaches are very beautiful hear on this side of the island the hole place is clean and tidy

We enjoyed our holiday but the hotel isn't 4 or 5 star. Jet2 say 4 the hotel itself says 5 but is is neither. The lobby is well presented but food, rooms, and general customer service in my view weren't reflective of 4 or 5 star hotel. The towels in the rooms were thread bare, food was not great, air con quite loud etc etc lots of minor things which when they add don't equate to the standard expected. Also it was billed as a family hotel yet it clearly isn't. The child's pool is tiny, the dinner is served from 6.30 (far too late for our 14 month old) and breakfast from 8 AM (far too late for our early rising 14 month old). Finally, having advised a number of times both via jet2 and directly that we were travelling with our 14 month old we were still given a room directly above the entertainment which was exceptionally loud and went on until 11 PM. Having seen some of the other hotels in the area I would most likely plump for them next time. Nothing major of concern but just not as great as we expected which was a shame.

The hotel is much bigger than it seemed on the booking server, pool is not good for a proper swim, beach is nice with good acess to the sea for kids or older people, beach chairs are for fee, breakfast is nice with a good selection, the coffee machine is nice but constantly not working, the room is nice and clean but relatively small, definitely for a one week holiday, ok for a short stay, unfortunately the aircon is not working and in spite of the autumn weather the rom was relatively hot. The hotel is a bit far away from the town, so car is a must if you do not want spend your dinner time in the hotel, taxi are bit expensive to go to Alcudia or Pollenca for dinner and not very flexible.

We were really impressed by animation team. Very nice and warm people, a lot of interesting activities for children. Our daughter Anna (4 years old) was really happy during whole vacation. Thank you, guys!
Hotel is good and nice. Staff is correct and helpful. Food was good too.
The only negative thing: rooms are too small for 5-stars hotel.
