One look at the prices charged will show you that you are not going to stay in a five star luxury hotel. If you want that go into town and stay at a chain. This hotel has considerable charm. It is quite old but the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is basic to say the least but the staff are incredibly helpful . We held a meeting there and the facilities are good for meetings up to 70- people. Are you going to Tbilisi to stay in a chain or would you like something Georgian.? If the latter then this is the place for you

Recently i was there with my friend. Very comfortable, nice, lovely and retro hotel with kind personas and good services. We were satisfied so for the next visit to Tbilisi are planning to book it again.

Its an old facility, well decorated in olden style. Worn out a little but cost respectively. Nice location. Great service, a lot of warmth from staff. Staying half board enjoyed the dinner - cooked and served like real home food. There is no elevator but porter available to help out with suitcases.

During two brief stays at the beginning and end of a Batumi trip, we had two different rooms than in months and years past. Both rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and nice. Staff continue to accept guests as family and always want to please. This visit was only a few nights total, but it reaffirmed the great location just off Rustaveli avenue. Near enough to Freedom Square, shopping, clubs, restaurants, and sights that if you enjoy a walk it is the place to stay. There are so many good restaurants, shops, museums, banks, and sights nearby that almost anyone can consider this location 'prime'.
It was worth a return visit ... and will be again too!

I have no very good experience from staying this hotel. As for me its main advantage is location, really close to Rustaveli ave. Also staff was enough friendly.
Room was spacious, but very dirty, especially bathroom. Dust is everywhere. The worst things for me were syntetic bed linen and huge inconvenient pillows. I couldn't sleep at all, but fortunately i had to stay in this hotel just for one night. Also breakfast was very poor. Total lack of Georgian ambience and hospitality.
