Arrived at the Front Gate of this hotel this morning & a security guard greeted me to advise me the Hotel is in Receivership!
We have booked & prepaid Agoda for 4 nights & will struggle to get our money back!!
Not Impressed!!!!

My arrival was also quite late I arrived on the 27th after a long train journey. only to find a security guard who informed me that the hotel was closed.
Late at night two days after Christmas I had to take a taxi and drive around looking for alternative accommodation.
Of course I had to pay extortionate prices..such bad business!
I booked and paid for this accommodation well in advance.

The hotel is closed. We arrived late night only to see a guard telling us the hotel doesn't exist anymore due to some tax problems. We paid in advance and hope to claim our money ey back. Also the neighborhood seemed very unsafe at the time. The guard refused to suggest a new accommodation. Would give 0/5 stars.

best part of the hotel is the Candle light dinner with live performances.
rooms are well architect and modernly designed.
Big hotel with good nice rooms and good service.
one of the best part is its not much far from airport.

We arrived late at night and by the time we got to the hotel was past midnight. (12.10 AM).The front desk staff was very unfriendly and rude. He Asked the identity and i showed the passport and this hotel is not considering passport as an identity.Lights were off and no bell desk guy was available to take the whole families luggage up.The receptionist just finished his formalities and i have to take all of my lugguages up through the dark areas.He is not even bother to call any available person to help us. The given access card was not working and again i have to come back again to the reception to get the card avtivated. Luckly room attendant was nearby and he helped us to get the access.Room ameneties are very good and its spacious..The full lighting and and a.c control system is very good and something different.
Morning shift F.O guys are fantastic and found that they are doing a great job.. Will I return to this hotel? I have to think twice..
