The hotel is clean and it has hot water. Double bed was very comfortable. The location is quite central, only one metro station away from Lulu Mall. Staff was friendly, but one thing we didn't like was the fact that they took a photo of us each at the reception with their phone, for check in purposes. Overall good experience.

I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel for a night. The bathroom roof was leaking and the water from the bathroom on the next floor was pouring down!! When I reported this at the reception, the reply was, "Sir you had seen the room before check-in. If you had any complaints, you should have told us then". The quality of food was pathetic. The worst hotel where I've stayed in Kochi.

Visited for medial trip and wanted have hotel close to Hospital. The FO staffs very friendly and helpful but the Restaurant waiters were horrible and unprofessional. Please change the Restaurant staffs....

tastety food, clean, no more smell of cigarette, far from many places but you can tell them for calling taxi or auto. a lot of food you can try. LuLu mall is not far from here but you have to go there through auto or taxi. At the mall, you can try a lot of food like fruits and indian food.

Hotel reception and front office treatments are very good. Rooms and toilets cleaningness found very attractive. In house hotel arragements was fine. Hotel location is most attractive place to go for kochi tourist places
