Good location to stay in Israel. We stayed at the hotel as a part of a tour package from Compass Travel Israel. Pickups from the hotel always on time. The hotel is new. with excellent service. Smart to use this hotel within the tour packages by Compass. Really recommend the tour package of Compass , tours and the hotel they choose. Highly recommended.

Terrible experience. Had to stay because it was company booked and could not change.
They call themselves a business hotel. That is a lie. Two nights in a row I had a parties on my floor with loud music and screaming. Guests were smoking although it is a non smoking facility and the smoke was feeling in my room. Staff did not care even if it was 1 AM. Breakfast was poor choice and hotel is understaffed. Cleaning lady was telling me that she received only 6 pieces of bed sheets and she can't change my room today. Avoid if you can. If you come to the tech area choose another hotel.

I stayed here for 4 nights on a recent trip to Israel. This is the high tech district, and very convenient if youâre visiting any of the companies located in Herzliya. The hotel is very clean, and offers in room amenities like coffee, tea, and cookies. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. A taxi into Tel Aviv took about 20 minutes. Will definitely stay here on my next trip.

We moved to this Hotel as the hotels in Tel Aviv were full for a week. The location is good if your company is located in the vicinity. Getting to Tel Aviv by taxi is not easy due to the traffic constraints. It will cost you a minimum of 100ILS to get to Tel Aviv in fair traffic.
The Beach is within walking distance from the Hotel, but be warned that restaurants are at a minimum around the hotel.
The Rooms are very basic for a star rated Hotel. The food provided at breakfast was minimal and we had to wait for hot dishes consistently. The breakfast price is definitely too high for comparison to other Israel Hotels.

Very (!) basic rooms, somewhat clean. Decent for a guesthouse, not for a 3* hotel. Location is OK but no restaurants nearby (or in the hotel) so you'd have to walk to the other side of the industrial area.
Would recommend only on low low budget trips.
