Not flexible check in as mentioned in Yatra. Asusual 12 to 12 only.Convenient location to stay.Room services,breakfast are good.Rooms are neat and clean.
For family short trip this hotel stay will be ok.

The hotel is a hidden gem 5 mins away from the hustle of T nagar. The Breakfast is a wide spread compared to other hotels I have stayed in the past and the service and rooms quality is 5 Star. Perfect for a family or a business stay.The house keeping and the front office staff are always attentive and responsive.Stayed for 3 nights and could have stayed more....

Even though the room size was small, it was nicely furnished. Room was clean but the tiles in room & toilets were uneven in some places. The location is ideal. Staffs in reception, conceirge & porters were all good, but the staffs in the restaurant were mostly unfriendly with poor attitude including the manager, except one tall dark lady don't remember her name who was always helpful & friendly to everyone . Breakfast was good but the food & utensils were not refilled on time & had to wait every time.
Overall it was a good stay.

I stayed there 2 times. one in November 3 days. and one in August againg 4 days. Rooms and facilities are good and hygiene. Services are good. Quality of the food is good. Nice ambience. Beers were not available. Rates for food and beverages are very high.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and during my stay all the staffs are very helpful, especially the front desk staff Mr Daniel. I had some emergency and had to go to hospital and mr daniel offered the hotel complimentary ride since its already 1am, a very helpful gesture.
However there is one staff who was very rude to my fiancee, kinda forget his name, perhaps its mr porungai.
