WE loved our stay here. It is both Very secluded and romantic and also good for families. Food was excellent. Views of the crater were beautiful . Plunge pools are not heated and very cold to swim in the winter

Beresheet is, arguably, one of the best hotels in Israel. This place has very high quality rooms; huge beds, bath tub, rain shower, sitting area, bathrobes, mini bar - basically all you would expect from a luxury hotel. We booked the room with a private swimming pool, which I would warmly recommend. Chilling in the lovely pool while looking at the amazing view is truly magical. The staff had provided us with complimentary sparkling wine, which was really nice. If your room is located further up the hill, the staff will drive you there with a golf cart and pick you up whenever you want to go back down. Letâs talk about breakfast: phenomenal. A very rich variety of choice, really high quality food and of course the amazing views of the Mitzpe Ramon crater. Dinner was very good, but not exceptional. There are pools, resting areas, etc. My one point of improvement (and important area of attention for guests): on Shabbat they offer complimentary late check out, but we were checking in and our booking confirmation had a check in time before the previous guests would leave. This left us waiting for our room, against what the hotel has committed to provide us. They did resolve the situation, but be cautious when checking in on Shabbat.

We stayed here for a minimoon, took a room woth a pool (don't go there without it!!) The animals come to say hello, it's absolutely gorgeous. The service could be improved, for instance the check in check out times that depends on holidays or shabbat/weekend and change frequently, they didn't really cared that we were stuck outside waiting for our room to be ready, and it was with a delay... anyway this wasn't great. Also, the breakfast and dinner are full with many options which is great, but not many tasty things, I have been to other isrotel hotels (like agamim in Eilat) that the food was much tastier... also the prices for a simple meal in the bar were over the top for what we got...
Besides that, they have the most comfortable bed I have ever had in a hotel, the room has a nespresso machine, to everywhere they take you with a cart so you don't sweat in the desert heat. The private swimming pool is WOW, we got sparkling wine upon entry to the room which was also great. Overall it's a good hotel, but with service and food quality they could improve...

There are several room categories, many of them without a view of the crater. A private pool may be good in the summer, but for us it was more important to be on the second floor with a better view.
Our room was wonderful with excellent furniture and a great floor plan. We enjoyed the walk from the main building, and did not use the available transportation by golf cart.
The pool area was nice, but the male pool attendants quite unfriendly, and there is something wrong with the attention to detail when you see several old cigarette stubs between the floorboards next to your chair.
The Rosemary restaurant served good food in a nice atmosphere, but for us some the staff seemed somewhat uninspired and uninterested in the guest.
Check in and check out was very nice with good information and a smile!

Very surprising to find such an accommodation in the middle of nowhere
This splendid hotel revitalizes Mitspe Ramon and justifies the trip to this slippy town.
Gorgeous and luxury place to spend a few days.
