Good hospitality seen and experienced by the staff. Very supportive Front desk.
Good attention to the requests and In house cake manufacturing as an add on which can be relished by the visitors. We liked the natural scenery here and surrounded by all sorts of landscapes makes it very beautiful.

This hotel had absolutely beautiful views and a very lovely staff. The main downside is that it's in a relatively inconvenient location - down/up a very rocky and unpaved road. The hotel does provide a jeep that will take you up and down the road when you need it, but it can be a bit annoying to have to wait to be picked up or to need to call and ask to be picked up. You can't just walk out of the hotel and easily get places. Once they drive you to the main road, you will need to either walk about 20 minutes or take an auto. Still, if you want to be somewhere a bit outside the town, somewhere that feels peaceful and has absolutely spectacular views - this is the place. They also provide room service if you really want to kick back and relax there. The breakfast was also a bit disorganized and understaffed, but it was clear that the staff were doing their best. A bit more money/effort should be invested in this. Otherwise the staff were very friendly and helpful.

One can enjoy the beauty of queen of hills from the hotel. Almost entire Ooty can be seen from here with a view of Doddabetta peak as well, which is the second highest peak in South India.
Breakfast is tasty. However, the restaurant prices are on higher side. You can trek upto the tea museum and Eagle adventure which is just 500 metres uphill.
Only drawback is that it takes around 45 minutes for the geyser to heat up the chilled water.

Very well presented Reception, trained housekeeping staff, well maintained rooms. Buffet Breakfast with restaurant good and tasty food good views, only drawback is the condition of road to this hotel. Once you are in this hotel you enjoy it.

Had an amazing time at the resort.. its secluded from the main city. With absolutely no vehicles around . The best part is the view from the room.. the starry city lights from the top makes the experience a delightful one.. also the food was timely given.. and the staff were cooperative .. had a beautiful time alltogether..
