I was very happy with my stay. Rooms and bathrooms are typically very small in Tokyo but I was quite surprised that this was not the case in this hotel. It was a bit confusing getting there, but once you get your bearings you'll appreciate its location. 7 min walk to a JR station, 2 mins walk to a 7/11 that has an atm that takes international cards, and 2 mins walk to Don Quijote, this well known 24/7 super market. It is near the main road that has shops, restos and anything you need. The nearby JR station is just 1 stop away from Shinjuku station, a major transport hub. Staff are also very helpful. you can control lights with a remote control. TV has cable but only had Japanese channels but that didnt bother me too much as wifi was strong anyway.

I arrived and stayed there one night without extraordinary expectations because I noticed the price for the night was much low and attractive for Tokyo and the area. Much good surprises followed: very nice tiny streets and district to walk and feel Tokyo daily life, great proximity with Tokyos interesting districts and transports, nice restaurant and pubs nearby, friendly and welcoming staff, interior design remains closer from a family big house than an anonymous hotel, rooms are especially clean and comfortable.

This hotel has good location with reasonable price. Near hotel there has many convenience store and restaurants. It only take 5 mins walk from shin okubo station.
Hotel room was clean and ridy, but small space with separate bath room and toilet.

Clean and quiet room. Friendly staff. 24/7 desk service. Bathroom is a bit small for a tall European but very clean. Close to public transport and 10 to 15 minute walk from Shinjuku centre. Would recommend.

A value to money hotel at convenience location. Sizable double room in Japan standard. Spacious bathroom + toilet. Comfortable. Minutes walk to station and a 24-h supermarket! Plenty of Korea restaurants, K-pop souvenir shops around.
