Some rooms newly renovated. Breakfast excellent! Location in the middle of town. Staff very friendly and eager to answer questions. Free parking within 100 meters of hotel. And the price is very reasonable.

Clean, good, but a little outdated in my opinion. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was delicious. We only stayed for one night.
The city of Eupen is the capital of the German-speaking part of Belgium.

This is very basic / standard hotel. Nothing to tell my grandkids about it. Service good, rooms are clean. I got renovated room. Breakfast is typical continental. You'll get decent value to you money if stay here.

Hotel is very good and comfortable , I was there in 2012 durning Spa F1 race. Spent there whole weekend , I used also hotel restaurant where I eat monkeyfish with cham - tasty ! Also they have very good white vine ( do not remember name ) - till today I did not find simillar ... Strongly ecomended hotel and restaurant.

The hotel is undergoing a huge renovation at this moment.
We stayed in this hotel for two nights and we're lucky to stay in 313 and 312. These rooms are renewed and very nice.
Some points of critic:
Refrigerators were blowing warm air in stead of cold
Air motor in shower was not working so when showering is was cloudy
Room was clean but dirty. You could see were the builders walked.
Appliances like hairdryer and water boiler were not available yet in the room
Boxes from the store were lying around in the corridors
The bed was just below the window shades , and the sun was shining in your face when you get up.
It almost seemed like we had the rooms a few days before they were ready, however the beds and linen were very nice and we sleeper perfectly.
We glanced in the old rooms. Had we been sleeping there we would have been extremely disappointed. Smelt like cigarettes, it was very dusty and designed in the 70s-80s or so.
Extra point of interest. The kitchen, especially the 3 course diner is very good and not expensive.
