Nothing special about this hotel. Excellent location. Carpets looked mankey throughout - worn and tatty. â¬4 for a small bottle of water at reception was daylight robbery! Staff overall did their best.

nice location, great hotel, close to the museums, gardens, canals, nice for friends and family.
i really will come back to this hotel next time im in amsterdam. we were upgrading to the room, bigger and cozy

Not a bad hotel but nothing amazing.
I thought â¬150 deposit/pre auth for the room was a bit steep. â¬12.50 for breakfast was also a price I was unwilling to pay. Rooms could do with a upgrade. The room we stayed in was a bit small and dark, especially given the fact our room looked right out onto the street so we had to keep the curtains shut a lot of the time.
Given all that the location of the hotel was ideal and we didnât spend a lot of time in the hotel so would stay again for location. But wouldnât recommend if youâre looking for luxury

The WiFi is not so strong..
However I will be back in this hotel for sure!
The view from the hotel is very nice and the night life area are very close!
The tram and the bus have a close stations so if you want to go by then itâs also very simple

Stayed here on a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located and the staff greeting is friendly, but that is where the positives about this hotel end. The room is not much bigger than a cupboard and the decor is tired. The particular room I stayed in was cold, and the heating system appeared not to work. I assume from the bed layout that the hotel believe that 2 people could share this room- that wasn't enough room for me and my shadow let alone another person. I do not think that this hotel is good value for money and is one I will not return to.
