The event went great today, a few more delegates would have been nice but your venue was great. In case you need it for marketing. Trip advisor or just feedback - see below.
We held our first CPD Breakfast Seminar at the BEST WESTERN Barons Court Hotel in Walsall on Tuesday the 16th of January. The venue was great with an open room complete with round tables and chairs to make the delegates feel comfortable.
The breakfast rolls were both tasty and numerous on arrival, as was the tea and coffee and the biscuits were a nice addition. All delegates tucked in and were happy with the food.
The lighting was great for the projector and allowed our delegates to actively engage with the presentation material.
All in all we were impressed by the quality of everything and the price was very reasonable and we would definitely consider using the venue again for future events.

Nice hotel for 2 night stay.
Room is not large but big enough for 2 people. Bed was comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities provided. Bathroom witted with bath. Great shower head but time to time hot water just disappeared!
Breakfast for additional £7.50 . Can not review as we did not choose to eat at the breakfast.
Overall a great hotel for a short stay.

So hotel is beautiful but the noise from our room 108, was horrendous. Every hour this noise.. so we recorded this noise. Went to get a night porter early in the morning for him to say âweâve had problems with the pipes all I can do is to move you tomorrowâ so we kept recording this noise to bring up with reception in the morning when we got up, me and my partner got up got shower my other half jumped in shower and I rang down to reception after loosing my temper at this point. For the lovely receptionist to tell me the duty manager will be up ASAP... the manager came up. When the noise had stopped! So I showed him the video for him to say âheâs going to deal with it.â Off he went. So I thought finally this is getting sorted. We went down to reception, to tell the so called lovely receptionist about the problem! For him to brush it under the carpet no apology no nothing! Went to the restaurant ate breakfast at £7.50 each, which was very nice I must add! Saw the manager who was dealing with it so when we finished I asked if it had being dealt with and if I had to write in, he replying saying he was speaking to the reception as it had affected our sleep, and I added all of our sleep had about 2 hours on and off if! Went back to reception to receive £10, a poxy £10!!!! After spending £30 in the restaurant night before and £50 on the stay and £15 on the breakfast! I could of laughed!! Avoid this place unless your a deep sleeper, who doesnât mind bad customer service! What a let down for a best western even if itâs £50 a night! I wouldnât ever expect not to get a lot of sleep and then to speak to staff who donât give a dam! We stayed Saturday the 13th January 2018.

Much trepidation given a horrendous experience last boxing day. Fortunately Gloria was back and she facilitated a most enjoyable meal. It wasn't perfect, but for what we paid, was excellent value. Only major issue was lack of crackling for husband - but better for him, so no complaint from me!

Stayed here for 1 night after a family gathering. Staff are very polite, attentive and friendly. Bar food and breakfast was good with a full English buffet style in the morning. Rooms well sized and clean. Easy parking. Definitely recommend
