It was my first visit to Armenia. I liked Yerevan. It is a very beautiful city and people are very warm. My wife booked a room at Congress Hotel. I liked hotel location very much. There were lots of shops nearby the hotel. The staff was very friendly, communicative and helpful. Housekeeping service was very good. People of reception were very kind and fast. Though the hotel was being renovated and they did not have a kitchen, they served breakfast. I liked it. Gym was well equipped and not overcrowded. My room had a pool view, which was so nice, I imagine that in summer it will be more beautiful.

Location is very good. I liked the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very fresh. My room was very clean and light. The hotel is being renovated and I am looking forward to see their new interior.
I used to have a dinner in Raffaello restaurant during my visits Yerevan, but this time it was closed because of renovation.

Location is very good, very close to Republic Square and National Gallery. Breakfast was light but tasty. Most of all I liked service and staff. People working in front desk were very kind and friendly. No problems during check in and check out. The hotel was doing renovation, but I never heard any noise. Fitness is very clean and well equipped. My room was very clean, and had a very beautiful view to the city and gardens.

Really lovely staff, kind and helpful! Thank you. We were visiting Armenia with Holiday factory and we enjoyed our stay in Best Western Congress Hotel. Super location to go everywhere, phenomenal restaurants on a walking distance and with good prices. Normal breakfast. Rooms are average but very clean and nice size.

My wife and I spent our vacation in Armenia. Yerevan is a very sunny city, people are very kind.
We chose Congress Hotel because of its good location: Republic Square is not very far from the hotel: just a 5-minute walk. There are lots of shops in that area, so we didn't have to take a taxi to go shopping.
We liked the hotel staff very much. They were very friendly.
Breakfast was fresh, but food variety was poor.
Our room was small but clean. Housekeeping service was excellent. But the hotel seemed to be old.
I am going to choose this hotel to stay in again in Summer.
