Recent 5 night stay here in order to explore Alicante.
I would recommend upgrading to a sea view room if not already booking one, the cost is very small and the room was more spacious with a good size terrace and wonderful sea view, compared to the standard room we originally booked which was smaller and faced the cliff /road at the back of the hotel.
We also had plenty of towels and a good size bathroom with full sized bath.
Very clean throughout, friendly staff and good english. Relaxed and room was quiet. Tv had extensive channels including some english news, and we also had kettle and tea/coffee wich was replenished everyday along with the room being cleaned - we haven't come across tea/coffee before in a Spanish hotel so this was a very nice bonus.
Breakfast was ample and good choice of evening meals - we stayed half board and enjoyed the experience of choosing food from a set menu and it being presented rather than the usual buffet style restaurants found in the larger hotels. The quality of food (and wine) was good.
We were also able to leave our bags with reception on our last day, as we had a late flight home. Reception was helpful and good english - Alicante map and bus/tram information from them was valuable.
There is also a lounge are and bar with great sea views - right by the sea and there is a wonderful, peaceful, walk along the coast which follows the residential apartments to a beach further down.
Bus is right across the road (upa hill however) and its only 10 minutes into the centre of Alicante - catch bus 22 or 21 to get to the castle lift entrance, marina area and also the main shopping area.
The tram is about 10 minutes walk, all flat, and is punctual - line 2 for Benidorm and Costa Blanca area for a day out and I think we got line 1 for Alicante city centre.
Really good location with best of sea and palm trees plus easy access to city centre.
Would stay here again.

The hotel is lovely, we upgraded so we managed to get the sun all day the hotel is in a residential area which wasnât a problem, the staff were all friendly and very helpful room was nice and clean the tram is nearby if you want to visit other places
It was a relaxing stay but wouldnât go again too far from nightlife and restaurants for our liking

We chose this hotel because of the price and the car parking, but it's actually a really nice, comfortable place. It occupies the bottom three floors of the centre of an apartment block, although the rooms on the front of the first floor are high enough to get a sea view. My room had a sofa as well as a large (very comfortable) double bed, and a small balcony. The hotel is in excellent condition throughout and is decorated in a very modern style. The bar staff were friendly and chatty, and the reception staff were helpful with travel information. The breakfast buffet had a good choice of hot and cold food, and was good value at â¬7.50. Bar prices are very reasonable for drinks and snacks. The hotel is about half way between the old town of Alicante and the beach area, but both are too far away to walk (and you would have to walk along the main road). However, the tram stop is only a ten minute walk away, and this will take you to both in a matter of minutes for â¬1.45, at the time of writing. The tram actually goes as far as Benidorm, although this will take about a hour. There is also a frequent bus service with a stop near the hotel. The hotel offers garage parking for a small charge (about â¬5 per day) but there is ample free outdoor parking just bedside the hotel. There is also a convenience store, which stays open quite late, just beside the hotel in case you need any additional provisions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Special mention to the Receptionist who was on duty on Wednesday 24 pm Thank you. Rooms were clean and comfortable for a three star. Tea making facilities supplied. Breakfast were great value.

We stayed 6days in this hotel and couldnât fault it,we had a small issue with our room,we didnât pay for a superior front room so we didnât expect a superior room,like some reviewers expect however, however with the issue we had we were upgraded to a front superior room,we didnât ask for this we would have been quite contented to stay in the room when the issue was sorted,the staff were ALL very friendly and helpful, the breakfast and food was excellent and plenty of choices ( we paid for bed & breakfast) the Hotel is spotless and very clean, we would definitely stay here again.
I suggest the guests that have put bad reviews for this hotel, have expected a 5star hotel for the very reasonable price charged,this is a top 3 star hotel they are probably the same people that come down for breakfast and stuff there bags with breakfast food to take out for the day, wringers.
