Some sort of scam?

Pretty good location, nice room, and good breakfast. The reason for the 3 stars, is the hassle we had to go through while checking in. We booked through a 3rd party site and the manger was trying to tell us that the reservation was cancelled so they didnât have the room we reserved at the rate we reserved, and tried to get us to pay a higher rate. When we called the 3rd party site they confirmed the reservation and said they have no record of cancellation. I believe this was some sort of scam so be careful and make sure you can some way to contact any 3rd party site 24/7.
If your looking for space this is not the hotel

Hotel room was very small. I was in room 201. The bathroom door couldnt open fully as it hit against the bed which was a very small double bed. The bathroom was the smallest bathroom ive been in as you sat on ther toilet pan and your knees hit the shower screen. I put the air condition on and it must be on a timer and cut out so i woke up a couple hours later sweating as it had cut off. In the morning i was woken by hourendous drilling before 8am which lasted until i checked out. I spoke to the manager who told me he wasnt aware that next door where going to drill and offered me 20% discount on my stay!! I literally could not make conversation with my daughter or make a phone call as the drilling was that loud. I understnad the drilling will not be forever but if you are looking for space & comfort this is not the hotel. The staff (apart from the hotel manager) where lovely and breakfast was nice. He also told me if i write a negative review he has the power to delete it which is not fair as then we cannot have an accurate view of the hotel :) I will not stay in this hotel again :(
Amazing!

Came here for the weekend for my birthday with my boyfriend and would defiantly stay here again.
The room was small, but there was enough room to get around, everything was lovely, the bedroom, the bathroom, the tv was amazing. We also had a little balcony that looked across the street which is right outside the door, I found this very convenient as plenty of supermarkets, cafes etc just outside. Staff were lovely and very helpful, they even gave us a map and drew on suggested places and metro lines for us. There are plenty of things within walking distance from this hotel, we walked to the Eiffel Tower on one of the days, took us about half an hour (one way) The only downfall we had was finding places to eat, there is a McDonaldâs down the road but we didnât really want to be eating there. We didnât really have a good time getting food, even by the Eiffel Tower, this was because most places were completely packed and the places that werenât didnât have the best food choices, but other than that we had an amazing time, the weather was gorgeous for the time of year as well.
No, will not come back to this one

I will start from things Iliked or didnât mind.
Location is nice, not very close to the metro station but off the main street. The room was small, bathroom tiny but that is fine. We came to Paris just for one night. We always use Best Western hotel, this time it was dissapointing. We had Krups coffee machine in our room - it didnât work. No problem, we could use the machine at the reception. Instead of tv we had projector, which actually was very cool because we plan to buy one and it was great to see how it works. There is no restaurant at the hotel, they offer only breakfast (many cafes, restaurants, mc donaldâs nearby). Thepillows are uncomfortable but every person like differend kind of pillows. BUT. The room was very noisy!!!!! Not beacause of traffic. We heard tv from another room, everytime they used toilet or shower we heard water running just above our heads. Believe me, in the middle of night when you are half asleep and confused and suddenly you hear sound of water next to you head, I woke up terrified somethingâs leaking on my head! It went all night! We also could hear sounds from reception and the worst sounds of all- I think someone was moving furniture in the room above us all morning!!!
Coming from OSL

After arriving from OSL, Paris was a reprieve affordability. Booked a RoyalTransfer private shuttle from CDG to BW Hotel Ohm. Check in was straightforward. Concierge were friendly and social. The elevator was small, 2 ppl and medium sized luggage and it's full. We got switched to a double on the 7th floor. It was peaceful. The elevator car does have a foul smell of garbage per many reviews stated. So we took the stairs down and only rode up. The rooms have a/c and does require adjusting. There are no USB charging ports. TV projector, no fridge, small shower stall which drained very slow so a pool forms on your feet, continental breakfast in a very small nook, weak WiFi maybe due to 7th floor far away. The hotel is about 600m to the Port de Saint Cloud metro. Grocery stores and boulangerie near by. The area is safe at nights to walk. I would stay in this arrondisement again.
