Good location. Double windows aren't always closed and a bit of street noise if not.
Staff are very nice and helpful.
Air-conditioning just seems to turn itself back on during the night and be quite noisy (but maybe I just didn't work out how to manage it).
Very good breakfast.

The aspect of the hotell was the staff. They were all very friendly, helpfull and always willing to lend a hand. Thank you to all of them for making our stay great!!
The hotel itself merits no complaints. The room was great, fully accessorized. The location was close enough to the turistic attractions (10 min walk) but in a "local" area so there were many great restaurants.
Metro for airport & busses are also easely accessible and so is a supermarket closeby, just for some snaks.
Breakfast wich is included (best thing of any hotel) continental servigs (eggs, bacon and what not), sweets and the usual.
Next Porto visit I will definately whant to stay here.

Let me first compliment Amanda Silva for making, not just us, but everyone I saw in the lobby, feel welcome. Amanda knew each guest's native language and greeted them and helped them in that language! She is amazing.
The room and bathroom were good sized and very clean. We did not find it at all "dated" as some have described so perhaps they have modernized some of the rooms. I appreciated the tea/coffee maker in the room. The buffet breakfast was ample. The parking was convenient and safe.
The hotel location felt more residential. In my opinion it is excellent, about 15 minutes to the tourist area. We loved that we were close enough to walk to the river, but not so close that we had noise issues or too many people. We felt very safe walking back and forth.
I would definitely stay here again.

We were in the hotel for two nights. The hotel was fine but, espesially the room, was pretty dated. Beside that the stay was nice and the staff is very friendly. The beds are good. The breakfast, which was included, was nice. Only the coffee was not. End result is someware between 3 and 4 stars.

Good location, a twenty minute walk to the river. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable and very good value.The buffet breakfast was good, but it was the hotels staff that made our stay so much more enjoyable.In particular,Jorge the barman,a real gentleman and very helpful and Amanda [?] on reception, who was a mine of information and also booked our Porto FC tickets when I rang ahead , great service.
