Everything that they offered are good.
The room made us satisfied, i love the bathroom because clean and quiet wide.
The breakfast also great, you can choose everything you want and the taste also good. The breakfast contain local and international food.
The pool also cool, because not too many people willing to swim. You can also saw Kuta Beach from here.
Worth to stay in Best Western.

This is the worst and the most expensive accomodation out of the 5 hotels travelling around bali on this trip. There are many cheaper and far better hotels in Kuta but we booked/paid in advance so could not cancel when we arrived and saw the room. We booked a superior room. Unfortunately like all of these tired, tiny box dark rooms we had a window looking out onto waste land and no balcony. (Standard rooms have internal window only!) After discussions with the lovely hotel staff manger we paid an additional discounted $10 per night to upgrade although this would have been far cheaper to opt for this room when booking. The ‘deluxe’ room we paid extra for was the smallest & most expensive that we have seen in Bali, small, tired, smelly with only a small balcony overlooking vacant land that taxi drivers use to urinate & dogs congregate - this is the deluxe and best view in the hotel. There is a mini fridge in room but it didn’t get cold and The bathroom is not private as you can easily see in the the very small place. Breakfast was edible but the only western food was eggs, fruit, bread & cereal, the only hotel I have stayed in serving instant powder coffee for breakfast. The pool is over chlorinated but nice but only 3 sun beds for such a big hotel, decking needs attention as some planks stick up. Didn’t try the bar/restaurant as I popped into view the menu and the only couple eating there at the time were complaining to the waiter about their meal. Everywhere is very hot including the breakfast area due to the use of glass in areas.

Rooms are really small. Barely space enough for the bed, and everything is very crowded. Side tables are so low, that the clock and telephone are below the mattress level. Bathrooms barely enough room for one person to wash or whatever.
Rooms are clean, but no view from the window except for the wall of another section of the hotel just a few metres away.
Breakfast was adequate, served in a semi-outdoor setting.

Better stay at a cheaper price

It’s a good hotel with the 24 hours room service. You can get the complementary breakfast. It has a nice roof top swimming pool along with a organized bar. It’s very near to the Kuta beach and kind of center point for beach and shopping place.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my hubby and 2 kids. What a mistake choosing this hotel! Firstly, the check in staff were rude and abrupt.....secondly, rooms we were given started flooding due to torrential rain, which wasnt the hotels fault, only the way it was dealt with....we were told we could move rooms straight away but were made to reside in another tiny room to wait. 6 hours later we were moved!!!!!!!! Unreal! The breakfast was appalling, Cold food with minimal western options....staff also were arrogant here! ( not the usual, smiling lovely balinese) went up to the rooftop pool and my daughter cut her toe in the pool on cracked tiles. I told reception and they just said, "I will get my friend to check the pool"! No care in the world! Decking around pool dangerous also! I could spend hours on this review, but I really don't want to waste anymore of my time stressing over this place! Our holiday was dampened by staying here...even when we were leaving, we had to carry our own bags....no help or even a good bye !! NEVER EVER AGAIN! We would have cancelled, but it was a non refundable stay. NOW I SEE WHY!
