this hotel is in near in busy city of cebu. near in mall , fine restaurant and fastfood. but traffict area and poluted outside,ofcourse it's in city.
i gave 2 stars and why i will not coming back again because this hotel riped you off. these the reason why im not happy and i will not coming back again. i didnt have picture coz im not typical girl who loves taking picture. i book 4days and 3nights , because i want my family and friends to enjoy a nice hotel. in my first day i checked in. they gave me the room. the room was fined but lots broken like the lock of the door and the toilet it cant flash, and the door we cant leave lock so they need to repair again. but in my last night i bring my friends to swimming pool there just two, we go to swimming pool. after a while 5minutes somebody just knock my door and said i need to pay for visitor fee for using swimming pool, 350php each. and i said whatt?? i thought its free because i been in lots of hotel its free plus they didnt put in there information that i need to pay. but instead they charges for 3 they charged me 5, and i said why its 1750, there only 3 including my brother. do you mean even guest need to pay im really pissed off because that's a lot of money. and we just not been long p. so i tell them so angry i will never came back and i will right them my review. there pool really is not enjoyable that why we cant stay long because its cold and not for a kids.the staff guard in pool there so strick. i call them how much per person to sleep in my hotel for a night for 4days they said for 3 adults is 4500php. were happy, because they dont need to go home but when 9:30pm came they just said mam sorry its 1500 per person everyday and there 3 so its 4500. and i just ask that 4pm ago and now my mom and brother need to travel far just go home because they dont do there job right. it's a late night and they need to go home . even we just share a room and they want us to pay higher than the room i paid. tsskk.. bad experience never again, ..

Service was professional and efficient. The check-in process was very organized and thorough. Money exchange at the front desk was sufficient. Quality of the room was ok, and the bathroom fixtures needs a bit of repair and replacement. Wi-fi worked adequately and the selection of sodas and snacks for the in-room honor bar was decent. The breakfast in the morning was served by the food and beverage staff who are very friendly. Check-out efficiency was superb, The bill was accurate. Everyone from the doorman to the front desk manager were kind and personable.

Awsome location for sinulog. Stayed here for sinulog with a bunch of friends and we definitely enjoyed our stay. Roof top has a pool with a great view of the city. Stayed at the roof top deck to see the firework during sinulog. Staff was very courteous and friendly even though it was a busy weekend. The buffet wasnt the best but it filled our stomach so i wouldnt complain about it. The only annoying part in our stay was their elevator. They only had one running elevator during their busiest week of the year which was somewhat annoying since we had to lineup to get to the elevator. Our room was all the way to the 10th floor so we didnt want to use the stairs as much. None the less, it was a great hotel to stay in.

Very good room, good food, nice staff, location okay but bit of a drive from the airport but taxis are cheap in Cebu (I used GRAB P400 to airport). McDonalds is next to the hotel which gives a cheap option for grub.

Decent size room with adequate facilities. The room did have an odour of smoke although we requested a non smoking room, so not sure how that could have happened but it wasn't bad enough to spoil our stay. There is a lot of traffic noise in some areas of the hotel but fortunately our room was not affected too badly. Staff were very helpful and attentive. We would stay here again.
