The location of the hotel is close to everywhere. Room is clean and water preasure is good. Limited choice for breakfast and average taste. So many mosquitos in breakfast area n lobby.Air conditioner in room 2703 is cool. We haven't try the pool.

The hotel is situated in a dirty area with open stinking drains that are ideal breeding grounds for mosquitos. The Reception area and restaurant are quite impressive to look at however once we sat down for a meal, we were plagued with mosquitos and other insects. The hotel needs to address this problem by fitting one of those blue insect zapping gadgets. The rooms were comfortable however the maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. The bathroom in our friends' room was leaking, they were shifted to another room, the ceiling was leaking. They reported the problem several times but it was not addressed. The toilet started to leak in our bathroom and once again it was ignored despite being reported. Service is slow and the staff are not trained to basic levels of hospitality.

I stayed here last week on my first day arrival in Jakarta. I booked a room as well as an airport pickup.However there was a mistake from the hotel side when I waited longer at the airport and it turned out that the driver was already there but with a different name on his paging board.I was dissapointed a bit. However, thanks to Front Office who let us for early check in and free upgrade our room with a very nice view of Jakarta city. The location also is very strategic which is close to Mangga Dua mall and ITC for shopping. They also have car service to go to other city with good driver. Breakfast was good,so many selections and staffs are all friendly and polite. Good Job Best Western, I''ll definitely coming back and recommend your hotel to my friends. Its just that in future, please be more alert and accurate on the paging board and guest name issue to avoid any problem or dissapointment and also I hope the lift will be fixed as soon as possible because me and other guests were also complaining about have to wait for a long time to reach to our floor. Anyway,good stay! Terima Kasih!

Me and my family (2 kids) enjoy every moment at this hotel, strategic place, good facility, entertaining new year eve show, delecious breakfast, most of all friendly manager and staf.. highly recomended

Stayed here a few days visiting friends in the area. Very nice hotel, classy feel and decor. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast featuring Indonesian favorites, along with more standard fare. Great location, with many attractions a short walk away.
