The front desk staff person seemed to have trouble finding our reservation, even after I produced our confirmation number. After a time, she finally located it, and then our stay went very smoothly. The bartender was friendly and talkative as was our server at dinner. We enjoyed our meal with enthusiasm and loved the relish tray and green chutney that was served with it. Kudos to the kitchen staff. Our dinner was very good!

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel.
The rooms are so spacious, clean and the staff are enthusiastic and happy to help. It is in a great and central location, not far from a variety of restaurants.
The beds are comfortable, I had a pleasant stay over all.

Good place to stay, we enjoyed our stay, welcome was very Good, the staff were very hospitable, the porter in particular was so good and very proud of the Hotel, Good hotel for business travelers......

We stayed for a night after landing in Dar and were heading to Arusha the next day. The rooms were bigger than expected and clean. The staff were courteous and the breakfast was standard with bread, eggs and cereal. It is reasonably priced and about 1 hour away from the airport.

I tried this hotel as its close to many of the best restaurants and most of the expat housing so would be convenient for colleagues based in Dar es Salaam. Also because it was very well priced! For a business trip, this hotel is good. Reception was efficient, comfortable lobby for working while waiting, nice rooms with comfortable bed. The waitress at breakfast was very friendly every morning and the spread was good. The internet connection was very good. I managed to watch an episode of Law and Order on my streaming app with no issues at all. Very impressive for East Africa.
