Visiting Katowice is my place to stay. Outside it doesn't look much impressive, but ... The hotel is modern, clean and with really profesional and helpful staff. Love the interior design and look of the rooms, like a small talks in the bar, but most of all I love the hotel's restaurant with the awesome food, specially king's breakfasts. The hotel is located not in the straight center, but taking a taxi is not a problem or an expensive deal, and a big parking lot is a good option for those, who travel by car.

The room lookes a bit dirty. The sheets weren't white anymore, there were spots all over the carpet and the lamp too. The sink is outside the bathroom and right next to the bed. We stayed for 4 nights, only once the mugs were changed, and even so it was dirty! Another thing that was very uncomfortable is that the blankets were for a single person. We asked blanket for two, twice, and both times we got another single blanket. The "grand finale" was at the expensive hotel's restaurant, where we got a carp fillet full with little bones that was impossible to eat. In general, we had not enjoyed our staying.

I had read mixed reviews on here, but I am glad I went with my gut. I surprised my partner with a trip to Poland and we, our kids and their partners and family and friends all stayed here for a long weekend. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bar was well stocked. Breakfast was amazing and there was something for everyone. It is only a short journey from the airport and the location is quiet. The centre of Katowice was not far either - only a few minutes by taxi and very cheap. We even managed a couple of tours and the operators picked us up from the hotel reception. All staff were helpful and friendly and made us so welcome. We will certainly be visiting again!

One night stay, rooms are tidy and clean but a bit on the small side.
Staff is friendly and uncomplicated what I like.
Parking in the front is quickly full and in the back you need to carry your luggage one flight of stairs.
The restaurant downstairs is ok but not as good as they pretend.

Great rooms, perfect rooms for handicapped people.
Comftablete beds, bath tub a bit high, perfect room. Great ac.
Room are a bit small, TV in Polish, no English. Looks clean and nice the rooms and hotel.
