I m enjoying the culture of Best Western, friendly nature of staff is appreciable. Prabhath n Vara Prasad are one of them and virgin mojito made by Malli Babu is the best drink I had here . I would advice people if they come vizag, they must stay here. All the staff is well educated and trained as well.

Mounika and Vannela was excellent in my overall stay. I will highly recommend every one to book this hotel should they visit Visakhapatnam. The General manager and assistant manager were very good on making sure we leave satisfied.

My colleague and I stayed here for 5 days and had a very good experience. The 2 reception staff Mr. Satish and Ms. Babitha were very well trained, friendly and kind. They offered good service. I would definitely recommend this place to my colleagues and would be back soon myself.

Very near to airport, friendly staff at all levels, each and everyone there to assist and attend any of your queries and provide valuable suggestions for visits around Vizag. Good food and cleanliness is greatly maintained. Can't miss out the mention of Mr Satish escorting our check in and checkout. Was a great stay this weekend. Keep up the good work.

Lovely people, nice location, exited surrenders, confort and very good food (they can do it what you need, including not spice food!). Was wonderfull the help received by the personal and the manager whch all of their names I didn't get; rememmerig only a very gentle young lady named Mounika, who was all the time helping us.
