We visited for my husbands 30th Birthday. We had an early flight and got to the hotel at around 10.30 to find that check in wasnât actually until 3pm, the hotel kindly took our bags and we were able to go out for the day anyway. The hotels location is about a 5 - 10 minute walk from the tram stop and from there itâs about a 15/20 minute journey in to the centre and itâs really cheap and simple. The area the hotel is in is really lovely, quiet, clean and clearly affluent.
The hotel doesnât include breakfast with their room prices but for executive rooms it includes use of the mini bar - which we thought would be great - it wasnât. It only included 2 small beers and some wine which was literally the worst i have ever tasted and iâm not fussy!
The staff were polite and helpful and overall we had a nice, comfortable stay.
I would stay again and would recommend.

Stayed here one night for business trip. The executive rooms were spacious with a nice bathroom including bathtub/shower. Friendly welcome from the reception staff, which also in a very good way handled an incorrect bar invoice. Very nice surroundings in a housing area and with a short walk to a local shopping street with some nice restaurants. Also not far to a large park area for recreational walks etc.

I stayed here for one night as part of a business trip. The staff were very attentive, rooms well equipped and clean and the breakfast was lovely. It was perfectly situated for the conference that I was attending.

Upon my arrival at this â5 starâ hotel, I was greeting by a female receptionist who was degrading towards myself and my partner she was rude towards us as we were young customers. She told me to insert my card into the card reader and my card was declined, later to find she tried charging me â¬250 deposit which I did not have in my account. The receptionist never told me how much she was charging me also as I was not informed that I had to pay that extortionate amount when booking this hotel. She finally agreed to lower the cost to â¬150 which I accepted to pay. Throughout my stay I felt uncomfortable due to the lack of customer service of the staff, my stay was very much displeasurable and I felt humiliated by the staff. On departure the male receptionist ask if I wanted the city tax taken out of my deposit which I agreed too, however he took it straight out of my bank account, without consent. After being back over 2 weeks I have not yet received my deposit back, there is no reason for the deposit not to be given back to me, we left the room in the same way we found it in we also never used the restaurant or the bar.
The hotel it self was nice but unfortunately it was ruined by the staff, I will not be returning.

Stayed for a weekend here with a group of friends.
The rooms were a great size and very comfortable. The breakfast was extensive and in a great dining area.
The food was good overall as we ate in the restaurant one night and in the bar the other (though a little more choice would have been better there).
The staff were very helpful both at the desk and in the bar and restaurant. Though the bar drinks were on the pricey side (and they messed up the room numbers for the bill!!!)
The hotel itself is a bit out of the centre, maybe 25 minute walk or so. Alternatively, there were tram stops about 5/10 minutes walk away.
I think if i was to choose next time, I'd prefer to stay more central.
