Opened in 2013, but looks like dilapidated 1980s hotel

I stayed in this hotel during a business meeting. The exterior, despite regular patching up, definitely need major makeover. Even the view that we see out from our window looks sad and gloomy.
Upon entering this hotel, I was quite surprised by how crowded furniture arrangement in the lobby, making such a modest space become cramped.
Food quality, quantity, and also management, are also real issue here.During the meeting, the snack provided runs out very fast. I believe more than 25% of participants did not get their snack. The same thing can be said when we had lunch on the second day. Anyone who turned up late (especially those who had to attend Mosque Friday Congregation) had to resort to vegetarianism because the meat was finished, and they cannot restocked them again.
At dinner, I think everyone got fair treatment, but the egg drops soup tasted like hospital food.
The room is mediocre. They do good housekeeping job, despite of the obvious wear and tear. The aircon is fine, and the TV channel availability is considered adequate and entertaining. And the most importantly, I had a good overnight sleep.
Although there are "no smoking" policy, I could strongly smell cigarette smoke when I walked on the room alleyway.
No need to mention about WiFi connection, it's good in the lobby, but beyond that you can only pray.
If there is positive aspect about this hotel, it has to be its location which is within walking distance to many culinary spots.
Overall, this hotel need major makeover.

Poor hotel. Unmaintain properly. Old hotel ,uncourteous staff, breakfast ,lunch food not to much variety and tasteless . the cleanliness of the guest room have to improve to be a standard hotel cleanliness .
The lobby floor look never maintain properly ,should re crystalize the floor marble .
The ballroom toilet dirty .

Old room, gloomy corridor, average breakfast (many variation of Indonesian food with average taste, didnt have egg station, didnt have fresh milk, fruits are not fresh).
Restaurant staff is trainee i guess, i ask for egg, and he never told me back anything, need to have communication training.
But fast check-in and check-out process. Great service from greeter and bellboy, great service from front officer (except the old man, who served us without any smile at night).
This place not recommended for vacation. If you had something to do nearby, you can choose this hotel.

value for money hotel in terms of location and food

The value for money low budget hotel in terms of location and food, the room is average but clean, also the bathroom, they a small pool also, the breakfast is served with the traditional food, the parking is also easy, recommended..

Stayed in standard room with my family. The hotel's kinda old, so I didn't expect much. But then it became worse. Lack of staff hotels (probably because it's Eid ul-fitry), the bathroom's dirty and don't have curtain, lack of gym facilities, and errors in electrical (e.g. The electric door to the gym cannot be opened with your hotel keycard, and we have to change room because of the air conditioner was not working) The breakfast is okay. But I suggest that it would be better to stay at other cheaper and newer hotel with better facilities and services. One more things. The mosquitos kinda ruined my sleep.
