We booked room via booking, and it was total fail.
Thanks to reception stuff, they makes our life easier.
We stayed in the 2nd building and it was pretty good.
The rooms interior is really old, and the photos on the booking and other websites are really made with photoshop.
The big advertisement in the lobby said that in 2018 it will be renew.
The hotel placed in very good location.
Breakfast and dinner:
Dont want to speak a lot about it: the quality of food is low, inside the restaurant is very noisy - like obvious eatery.

Just returned from a 4 night break with my wife.
The location of this hotel is fantastic, just across road from the beach and 5 mins walk to oldtown and railway station.
The rooms are very spacious with a large sitting area and seperate bedroom. Bathroom is well stocked and very modern but the best bit for us was being allocated a seaview room which had 2 large chairs and had the sun on it all day.
Would definately return here.

Staff were more interested in moving furniture around the hotel than accommodating their guests. On one occasion we came back from a day out in the afternoon to be confronted to 4 strange men in our apartment whom had let themselves in without our permission due to âmaitenance workâ they Had to move beds etc. From the empty apartment next to us over balconies to ours!. The hotel staff were less than interested in helping us mostly due to the language barrier but I believe had they been able to speak English thiey still would have been useless! There was No kids club available despite the hotel advertising this on their website for my 7 year old daughter and food was beyond poor. My mum hurt her leg while we were in the resort and the hotel had no first aid assistance, all we wanted was a strecth bandage. David on reception was extremely rude, muttered under his breath a few times in Spanish. The lady on the pool bar one day was really nice but that was the only member of staff who could understand what we were saying. Think carefully before booking this hotel.

Our last night of our holiday, we have all had an amazing time our stay at the Blaumar hotel has been fantastic, our room was lovely, the staff were very helpful and so nice, food was great, loved the pool with the relaxing music, would highly recommend will definitely visit again, thank you so much â¤ï¸ x

Stayed at the Blaumar last week . The hotel was great as were the staff , in particular the lady in charge of seating at breakfast , she was lovely
The hotel was kept spotless and is ideal for a wheelchair user .
The location of this hotel was perfect, accross the road from the beach , 5 mins walk to the old town and port and 15 min walk to the busy area . As a wheelchair user i was impressed with the dropkerbs and the area being so flat .
I would definitely recommend this hotel and location if you are looking for a quieter holiday but still within walking distance of the livelier places
