Decent spot with good value

I stayed here for two weeks and it was a pretty good experience. Wifi is good and the value is also good. Stations (one just subway and other has trains going out of the city) are pretty close and there is an abundance of dining and entertainment options just a short walk, taxi or bus ride away.
The English speaking staff are very helpful and polite, they helped make all of the transitions simple and even helped us to book a taxi to the airport at the end.
I'd recommend this place for budget travellers.
Pix and reality do not coincide

Stayed one night in this hotel. The location is not appropriate for a tourist, kinda hard to find. The pics show nice rooms, but in reality it's just a hostel type room with only a tiny piece of soap available. I later found a much cheaper hotel with all the necessary stuff for washing. The room had a heating system but it was damn cold, the hot water kept disconnecting. We left some canned stuff in the ref, it was specially prepred food that my Korean friends like, but when I called back to pick it up someone told me it vanished. Do not recommend this place for staying, it's probably good for locals.
Great service, price, and value!

I stayed here for only one night while I waited for my permanent apartment to be ready for move in the next day.
Overall- I had a good experience in general, and a great experience when you consider the cheaper price!
After nearly 30 hours travel time to get to Seoul, it was very nice to be greeted by friendly staff that helped me with my bags, quickly explained the area to me and gave recommendations, and then left alone to relax.
The Good: Room was very clean, water pre-stocked in the fridge, and air conditioning could be set myself for the perfect temperature
The Neutral: The bed was very hard, but after living in Korea awhile and talking to people I think that is just how many Korean beds are- whether this is an issue for you will depend on personal bed preference.
The Bad: For the low budget solo traveler, getting here from the airport was a little bit of a struggle- and time consuming, but considering this was the only real problem I had with the hotel- the struggle was worth it.

Had stayed here for few nights. Location is in between cheongpyangyi n hoegi station. Takes about 8mins to walk to hoegi stn n 15mins to cheongpyangumi station. Many eateries, cafe n restaurant as you walk towards cheongpyangyi stn. There is also and airport bus 6002 cost at 10000won. Quite convenient. You can also take ITX train to gapyeong if you are going Nami island. There is a Lotte mall n big supermarket on 4th floor. Hoegi station has many restaurant cluster around station selling nice Korean food.
Apart from hotel is located mid way between two stations, the hotel is good with strong WiFi, daily cleaning service n friendly n helpful staff. But hotel don't privide coffee or tea and basic toileties and no breadfast provides. Do bring your own. Hotel has good security system as you need key access to lift. You may hear railway noise as and when but will soon get used to it. Room has both air con n heating. Overall experience is good and will stay again.
Comfortable

The hotel is 7-10 minutes walk from Hoegi Station. There is no attractions near the hotel. However, the room price is affordable with no breakfast. I stayed in the family room. The room is comfortable with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom is a bit small but clean. They change the towels and clear the trash everyday. The front staffs can speak English and very helpful.
