Excellent stay; in midst of buzzing night life - pubs, restaurants; just walk out and you can experience Bangalore nightlife; staff were very helpful; compact and comfortable rooms; Introduction of a mini swimming pool can upgrade this hotel to next level.

The bathroom plumbing needs to improve. Sometimes the hot water doesn't start, sometimes the cold water doesn't start. This month, when I came, the tap refused to turn off, and I had to call the maintenance guy to help me out.
Rest, everything is excellent. I like the new combo meals you have started. That ensures I get a full regular meal, without having to order an entire sabji, and wasting half of it.

Hotel reception and manager was not helpful when asked about nearby information. Also debited additional charges of half day without calling for collecting bags 1hr after check out time. They didn't inform in morning before leaving hotel.

Easy to locate, in the heart of Koramangala, decent rooms and services and awesome food. Buffet breakfast and dinner with good starters menu, salads, with indian and chinese dishes. Good and prompt room services..

Stayed there for 1 night as I had some work in Koramangala. The road where the hotel is siruated is one way and bit narrow. The checkin was fast, the check out was fast. Room was big enough for 1 person. Moderately clean toilet, although it was smallish. Toiletries could have been better. My biggest problem was with laundry, I asked them to give me an iron board and an iron box as I had to press a shirt. The guy bought an iron which did not work. After calling and informing that iron is not working, the person in charge was quite irritated that I am calling him at 11 PM. After some grumbling he bought the second iron, which worked. Don't know why so much irritation for doing his basic job?
Had breakfast in the morning, that was okay, nothing spectacular. I have had better chicken sausage and the coffee could have been better. I had a breakfast meeting, and my acquintance had south Indian breakfast, and he was satisfied with the quality.
Overall, okayish, will stay again if I have work in that part of Bangalore.
