This was my second visit to this resort, they have private beach, nice location. Food is average. Swimming pool is not managed properly December is good time to visit. Rooms are clean and good in size. Staff is good and helpful.
Filthy hotel, bad food, unhygienic

We have stayed in this resort for two days and our experience was worst. Bed sheets, pillow covers are torn, stained, and dirty/unwashed blankets. Curtains, furniture everywhere dust.
Wash rooms were filthy, horrible. Shower head gives water like a tap. There is no provision for tap, no bucket and mug provided. They don't do room/bathroom cleaning even if you keep requesting them 100 times. No replacement of soap, shampoo or towels at all.
Towels were dirty, and on request to reception/house keeping staff, they do not replace at all.
Hotel is unclean, plates/bowls are old and not cleaned properly.
Swimming pool water was dirty, and after asking they told not cleaned for 5 days.
Management of whole hotel is worst.
Prices of rooms overcharged..actually looting to customer.
I think the photos posted are from the day the property is started. The present day situation far from these photos. Do not go by the photos shared here.
Good for night stay

Location â 5/5
Rooms â 3/5
Overall cleanliness â 3/5
Service â 3/5
Facilities â 2/5
Food â 2/5
Beach â 4.5/5
The resort is located on ECR and offers a private beach.
The rooms are decent but some of them have very bad spring mattresses. We had 2 rooms, 402A was decent but 305 had a really bad spring mattress. The towels looked dirty and not good to use. You need to call the reception if you want the remote controls for the AC and TV. The service is extremely slow and there is a high possibility that they confuse with your room number and end up not coming, which means you will need to call again to ask for the service. There is no provision of making tea/coffee in the room (kitchenette) and complimentary water is normal water in a jug (and glasses along with the jug are again optional). Mineral water is chargeable and the in-room-dining menu is limited. The preparation is also just average.
The resort also offers day packages, so during the day almost the entire staff is busy attending to the day visitors and the guests who are staying get secondary treatment. There is a lot of empty unused space in the resort, it is neither developed nor maintained, so it is a wastage of good area. There is a life-size chess-board but the board and pawns are in broken. TT table, carrom table are all in bad shape too. Didnât seem like renovation, felt more like simple negligence. The pool is shallow, so technically a guard is not needed. But people jump into the pool wearing all sorts of clothes including denims, somebody should be around to control that.
At the end of the resort is a restaurant-bar facing the beach. The bar is now closed as per court orders, but the beach view is still great. The beach is the only portion of the resort that is maintained well. The complimentary breakfast buffet spread is also limited and someone would be around at every preparation to serve you â this restricted me from taking bigger servings, which turned out to be good because again it tasted âbasicâ. Tea and coffee are served in tiny paper cups and are warm (not hot) and may taste too sweet to some.
Worst Experience

This is the worst ever booking experience I ever had in my life. I had a discussion with one person by name Karthik. He explained the different room types and said that he will get be the best price after taking approval from his Management and asked me to send a mail. He didnât reply to that mail and a lady by name Sharon replied with completely different rates. When I tried reaching out to Karthik, he didnât come on line and Sharonâs attitude was extremely rude & arrogant, as if she owns this resort. To the ultimate surprise, she gives miss call and I had to call her back. When I expressed my unhappiness, she just says no problem and hangs up the phone. In hospitality industry, first rule is politeness. If the Management employs such people and give them such freedom and does not monitor their activities, then the days are not too far when they needs to close down. Thank God, I had experience this at the time of booking, even when I didnât pay any amount, imagine what will be the situation when I would have checked-in.
Be aware of such rude and arrogant peopleâ¦
Average place to avoid hustle

We booked the wooden cottage in the resort which is not upto its mark. The cottage is hot even some problem in AC. we got flat screen but they didnt subscribe for Hd channels. We even got issue with shower and water heater. They didnt change our room instead they sent their repair man to fix the issue which spoil our time in the rooms. Only good thing is clean pool and nice beach dining, The sea food is yummy for tummy.Good supply of Drinks and some indoor and outdoor games. The cottages dont have sea view and even it wont have mini fridge. A small dining room near to bathroom seems nonsence with their deocr. The bedroom is small with one double bed and one single bed which itself have a mirror . The AC only comes in bedroom so the dining table area is very hot and even the fan were not working at that time. Overall not worth of money. Only advantage is beach, pool and dining.
