Hands off of this hotel!

Here is the story how a middle-class hotel became a nightmare. We booked the Bollywood Sea Queen Beach Resort for four nights over the New Year's Eve 2016/2017. After we checked out of the hotel we recognized that one of our purses with 200 Euros cash and a bunch of identity cards was missing. After the reconstruction of the previous four days we concluded that somebody had accessed our room and pilfered the missing wallet. We immediately reported the theft to the hotel management who hesitatingly initiated a room search â as expected without success. The hotel management did not comply with our solicitation of a criminal complaint at the local police. They even refused our compensation request albeit they neglected to install room safes. We firmly advise all clever travelers not to consider this hotel for accommodation.

Colva is a pretty and calm place. We where two girls traveling and we didn't feel safe in colva due to few tourists and that the hotel is 15 min walk from closest restaurant with no light. The staff was friendly but still didn't feel safe here. We ended up moving to calangutte. So if you are two young girls traveling. Don't go here. Go more north. Also the pool is not fresh but the beer is cheap.
Ordinary!

A place in South Goa more expensive than a beach cottage in the north Goa is crazy!
These people have control on the hot water supplied to your rooms... literally!
There is no hot water with good solid pressure in the loos coz they say we want to save money and guests will have to call the reception & ask us to release the water!!!
What does one make out of that ?!
Avoid avoid avoid! There are better places in the South Goa than this junk.
Nice and well maintained place

We visited this place on 8th of oct 2016. The place is very well maintained. Colva beach and adjoining beach makes this beach together a huge one. you cannot see the either ends of the beach if you enter the beach from the hotel. The beach is few 100 mtrs from the back entry of the hotel and is walkable. When we visited the place it was raining and hence we couldn't enter the sea as it was windy and wild.
The hotel has good ambience. the rooms are clean and neat. bathrooms are clean.
We took the breakfast plan and the breakfast was good but not great. The pools are for kids as the max depth was 4ft only. overall good experience.
