room is clean bath room is also clean.it is in the heart of the city.airport is 15km from this hotel.i directly booked this room without online after seeing the reviews.i liked this stay in this hotel .i got ac room with good price .but only draw back is room sevice.it has to be improve.

This is one of the worst hotels to stay in.
First of all they didn't knew anything about my booking. The hotel location is not that good. You don't get any sunlight through the windows. When you open the ws you will see all kinds of garbage that is gathered outside.
The AC are also not functioning properly in most of the rooms. I had to change 2 rooms because the AC were not working. In the 3rd room water was continuously leaking from the AC. The spreads to half of the room and no ever came to wipe the floor.
Also there is some unpleasant smell in the room. Here you will find all kinds of insects such as ants, flies, lizards, cockroaches, etc.
Room cleaning is also not done. Considering all these facts the prices are very high. So my advice is to never stay at this hotel. It is the worst hotel ever.

I would say, book this hotel only when there is no other option available. This is just average in terms of maintenance. But it has the advantage of it's location (it is right in middle of the city). I personally found a service apartment (My Home service apartment) much better, at almost same or slightly less price than this, which is just about 0.5 Km from this hotel..

I stayed in this hotel on Dec 26th evening for 1 night. I booked this hotel looking at the pics and a few reviews in tripadvisor. This is the worst hotel i've ever been to. I went there with my entire family of 17 people which included 4 senior citizens, 3 kids below 5yrs.. and the experience we had was really bad. I do not suggest this hotel to anyone - i suggest tripadvisor to rate these guys as terrible so that other people do not have such experience in future.
1. What they show on the tripadvisor is not what it is in reality. I booked something and they gave something else quoting irrelevant reasons
2. Rooms and bathrooms are in pathetic condition - absolutely not a family place
3. Bedsheets looked like used and did not provide towels saying bhobi did not turn up
4. Reception guy was more interested in making commission out of our boat journey than listening to our concerns. He booked boat journey for our family saying it is a luxury boat and that we will have a personal vehicles arranged pre/post boat journey. We had auto-rikshaws arranged for post boat journey travel and each auto had to fit at least 10 people otherwise they dont move.. even if you are willing to pay extra money.
Please delist this hotel tripadvisor team.

I cannot really describe in words, how terrible this hotel is.
1)We normally dont speak Telugu, and the Hotel Administration did not care to have a non-Telugu Receptionist.
2)We booked for 2 rooms for Oct10-11, and we had shown the Voucher/Ticket to them, But these guys continued to argue that 1 book only has been booked. I had to again call to my Travel Agency to confirm. This is worst.
3)The rooms they gave us was so terrible. It was so terrible that they did not even care to remove the earlier guest's Shaving Cream Water. The Bathroom was also not clean.
4)Though we checked in at 8 PM at night the room was not ready. In fact it should have been ready by 12 Noon. Nobody there understands either English/Hindi. Why the hell these guys are giving rooms to guests from any where. They should give it to Telugus only.
5)There is no restaurant here. When we gave the order to arrange a meal, these guys gave us something else that we had ordered.
6)The Light does not work too. All the lines were direct. We had to sleep with light on total night.
7)These guys even dont have a parking, so we had to arrange some one to take care of our car
outside of the hotel. We had to give TIP to that guy. Common this is WORST.
I am writing this review out of sheer frustration.
Anyone planning to go for this hotel, I am requesting from the bottom of my heart- PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL. You will repent like anything.
I will also urge GOIBIBO to remove this hotel from their list.
