The dirt road leading to the site is 500m long with deep holes - need to pay extreme attention when driving there unless you have a pick up.
We first stayed in flat 110 - and moved because the terrace is next to the dirt road without any privacy nor a view (unless you would consider the dirt road a view). Flat 103 then was way better with a nice view over mountains and pool and a big terrace with enough distance to the neighbors. It has 3 double beds which are ok but the sofas are useless - so good for 6 people max. Then one day a fire broke out and about 20 guests tried to kill the fire before the fire brigade arrived after more than an hour. The reaction of the owner was very disturbing, instead of saying simply "thank you" her comment was "it was not necessary anyway so why should I say thank you, your fault if you did so". We definitely don't recommend this site.

This year we experienced an amazing stay at Borgo Collelungo in Tuscany. This was our fourth time visiting the accommodation and we have always been received well by the manager Lucia who takes great care of the place and is always available when you have any questions and tries to help whenever she can.
But this year we had problems with the cleaning staff. Because of the bad work of the cleaning company, we are afraid that this will cause damage to the good name of Borgo Collelungo.

Well equipped houses. Comfortable beds. Portable a/c which was a bit tricky to use + it could only be used in one room at a time. Clean and rather big pool area where you always can find available sunbeds. Close to small food shop (5 mins by car) with all basic stuff (milk, bread etc). 10 mins to village with big supermarket. Helpful staff available 2 hours/day.

The location is vey beautiful and it is really quiet there. Perfect place to relax yourself and have a nice time with family and friends.
Owners are very freindly and they have waited for us, because we arrived very late that evening! We will go there again for sure.

We arranged a late arrival and all tough hard to find in this big place the receptionist was waiting for us. She was very helpful and nice! This place cannot be found without GPS as it is far and distant from any town. We got a very nice apartment with a kitchen. No breakfast included!!! View was nothing we have seen before!!! This place is absultly beautiful and worth every penny! ( make sure you buy food before arriving)
