My room was lovely. It was clean and warn. For the money I paid I was pleasantly surprised at how much room I had. The only negative was that I could hear the traffic from the road which stopped me from going back to sleep. However, I would stay here again.

Looks lovely, food at restaurant very nice, unfortunately the huge bed was very uncomfortable, new mattress needed! The room was freezing all night and if those issues didn't keep us awake, the 2 men in next room shouting, laughing and banging about half the night did, left feeling cold, tired and not wanting to return... Sorry!

Extremely rude young blonde receptionist who demented a late checkout fee on a Christmas works night out which was no fault of my own due to a issue with the kitchen and a delay with breakfast leaving me late back to check out. After the frustration of a 45 minute wait for breakfast I Was greeted abruptly with you have 10 minutes or Iâm charging you on my return to the hotel. Very unprofessional.

If you want WIFI, DO NOT come to this hotel. WIFI only works in the reception area.
Simple rooms - clean and spacious.
Food - nice, but cafe / bar does not really have a cosy feel, so not nice for working away.

A lovely hotel I stayed for the second time this month. I had a balcony room. Ruddy freezing in winter but in spring and summer I would imagine its a nice way to spend the evening. IF you love golf you will love this place as the hotel is in the golf complex. The room was warm , tidy and clean. I did not have breakfast this time but last time it was very good. There is on site parking and the wifi is a bit difficult to get to receive. You are best to book in and leave it 10 minutes as I think the booking in process and the ticket they give you for the wifi code needs a few minutes to log so you can log in.
The breakfast bar and drinks bar are in the building about 45 seconds walk. The bedrooms are in a self contained accommodation block.
The hotel is close to a main arterial road into Boston . There is a bit of background rumble at peak times. Nothing to worry about.
There are no local amenities close by so its fairly remote if you have no transport.
