We stayed here for a night whilst waiting to get the ferry across to Picton. The 2 bedroom apartment we had was large, spacious, clean and the complex itself very well located in central Wellington meaning a pretty easy walk to most things including the cable car, the waterfront precinct and restaurants. It was only a short visit, so can't really comment effectively on how well the kitchen was equipped, but it seemed decent. Definitely good value for money as a family accommodation option.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in January and February on our way too and from the South island.
The check in service at the hotel was excellent with parking an added bonus.
The rooms were very comfy on both visits and the hotel is in a central location, a short walk from the Waterfront.
Would definitely use this hotel again in the future.

No luggage rack(s), only one drawer (under TV stand) for storing clothing. Temperature & air flow control by opening sliding glass door, portable fan and heater. OK for few nights but not for extended stay.
Very courteous staff, they arranged to have a set of drawers brought to room, but should have been there in first place.
To have fresh air at night have to open sliding glass door to balcony which creates draft and allows outside noise from Boulcott Road to come in. Probably not an issue in cold weather, as then not likely to want outside air.

For a 5 Star property they should be ashamed. They provide fans in the rooms but it does not cut it. To open the windows for fresh air one is subjected to the street noise caused by the young people in the backpacker hostel next door.
This hotel is centrally located with an easy walk to shops and restaurants. But until they add air con you wonât see me there!

Location great, but so hot. No controlled air con. It was so hot but when we opened a window it was so noisy. Didnt get to sleep till after 3pm.
They should have advertised the suites had no air con or very little. Funny thing was the corridors where cooled but not tge bedroom.
On a good note, clean and bed comfy. Very small bathroom.
