the location is great. most of the attractions are a stroll away. the rooms are spacious as well. the cleanliness can be improved though. the services are quite slow though. it takes at least a couple of follow-ups before any request is addressed. if the services improve a little it should be a great place to stay.

We weren't staying at the hotel but as we passed saw a sign advertising Buffet Breakfast for 200INR pp including eggs, toast, jam, fruit, cereals, North & South Indian dishes, tea, coffee and juice, so we decided to give it a try. The Manager told us to go straight upstairs for the Buffet Breakfast but in the restaurant there was no buffet out other than cornflakes. The staff told us to sit and came over to take our order but there only seemed to be eggs, toast and fruit available, none of the other options and the cereal was quickly cleared away after we entered so we couldn't have any. The quality of the food was very poor, the toast was barely warm and we had to request butter, jam and cutlery.
On top of this, the public toilets in the restaurant and in reception were absolutely disgusting. Having spent 3 months in India, we're used to the occasional dirty toilet but these were by far the worst we've seen - filthy dirty with no toilet paper and not even soap to wash your hands!
After seeing this we opted to abandon our breakfast and leave straight away without even finishing. We saw the Manager on our way out who gave a whole host of various excuses for the poor quality of breakfast. Avoid this place!!!

Amazing stay! Friendly n helpful staff n had a very homely feeling. Initially had booked for 1 night, but extended my stay. Super delicious food. Fish curry n Rice r a must try! Service with a smile seems to b their motto. Smiling n happy faces all over. Thank u for making our stay so amazing. Special mention: Aatish for being the ever happy helping guy, Sheeba n Maggie chechi for fantastic food. Uma and Girija chechi for the wonderful hospitality. Thank u. Will be back again ðð

Booked this hotel on booking.com , so no deposit required . Had very late check -in (midnight) and have to say we were warmly welcomed and no fuss check in. This hotel is perfect location to access all the sights and walking distance to all the great restaurants, shopping stalls, Chinese fishing nets etc. Lovely comfortable room and finally a warm shower !! Extremely pleased with our chioce of hotel. Very friendly staff and a relaxed ambience. I would recommend it.

Stayed one night there with a couple of friends. One additional bed was easily accomodated and wifi was of good quality. Great location in Fort Kochi, close to the shore and of great areas to visit (synagogue, churches)
