We are staying in Room no 603 & 605, since yesterday and ever since we are going thru one of the pathetic and worst experience we have ever faced in our life, first of all there staff is so much arrogant that they don't even know how to talk with the customer, being a service industry professional I have never seen how a customer is being treated in a such a manner, the staff uses words like, Room service Pehle Baat Sun Lo Meri, Aap enjoy karo baki jo karna hai karlo, when our room geyser was not working which is not even rectified till now nor any alternative has been provided, staff says "balti pani ki laa denge naha lo faltu na bolo", things become more worst even when the manager himself denied to a little favour as we were late as we did not get the hot water to take a bath, we asked for breakfast to be served in our room as we are not ready till now and there breakfast serving time was running out. As we have booked 2 Rooms they asked us even to pay INR 6000/- for getting two adjacent rooms and our rooms were separate.
They dont even have a power backup system to power their elevator, as our rooms were on 6th floor, we need to climb up and walk down by foot.
I personally would never ever recommend this to property to whomsoever who visits shimla. You can get better services across shimla dont waste your money and get insulted by the staff and management.

Hotel is very good.i visit again in this hotel.very neat and clean room.staff is very good of this hotel.chane puri is very very tasty of this hotel.food quality is to good.lift also available in this hotel.

when we arrived at the hotel it looked great the room was very nice and clean,but the front desk staff were very arrogant and not helpful at all,we bought a tour from them, were told the driver would be with us all day and no rush,but once he dropped us off at the Mall Road he said he woudnt come back for us,as that he was finnished,we told him we were told by the manager that he was to wait for us,so we had to pay him,in full,when we got back to hotel after a very long walk,we tokld manager,what happened he said it was nothing to do with him,it was the other person who took our booking,we asked as a gesture of goodwill if he would deduct something off the bill he woudnt so we had to pay in full,would never recomend to anyone to stay here.

Hotel building is ok. But this really is a creepy Mafia Hotel. Very rude Owner/ Manager/ Staff. They are after your money at any cost. I will strongly recommend NOT to stay here.
You cannot go to your room with your luggage alone. The bellboy has to go with you. Never heard this before. The irony is: I checked in and paid, all along everyone including the Manager was there and they would not let me go to the room with my luggage alone. I sleep 1-2 night/s per week with work all over Germany and never heard this absurdity.
Please avoid this hotel.

We were group of 10 from our family. Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are very small and not well appointed. The bed linen were not upto the mark and may not meet basic hygiene conditions. The lighting is very poor. Room service was not good and morning tea was served only after 7.30. No running hot water and it is available only during specific time. The sitting arrangement and location of TV was very odd and the entire hotel needs rearrangement and redesign.
The attitude of the management is not friendly. No value for money. Not recommended.
There are other descent and good hotels are available around. You may have to pay little extra there but you might get peace of mind and value for money.
