For a Wyndham, it was satisfactory for the price. Staff was really helpful, available, and friendly. They get a 5 - property location and condition, not so much.

I had the absolute worst housekeeper while staying here. I misplaced my phone charger and was searching the room for it. At 10:58am there was the usual knock at the door and "housekeeping!". I said I'll be out shortly. 2 minutes later: -knock knock knock- "HOUSEKEEPING" (in a very rude tone). I said I was looking for my charger I will be out in a minute. 30 SECONDS LATER the door is KICKED OPEN and I am SCREAMED at by the black male housekeeper (just a description, I am in no way racist) to "get my a** out "and that if I don't tip him "I can go f*** myself" and said that I am just another part of the "bulls***" he has to deal with.
Why?
Because I checked out at 2 minutes and 30 seconds late.
Wyndham and Days Inn has lost a customer for life since they obviously have no standards in their hiring practices.
The bed was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood with a sheet over it. I was sore for days and got barely any sleep.
Motel 6 for me from now on ððð´

They had a scheduling error and booked us the day before, they refused to offer us a room or a refund

The hotel is close to my job. Its priced just right and offers a fridge and microwave without charging a fee to upgrade.
Staff are nice.

I've stayed at this Days Inn several times. Each time, it has been a pleasant experience. The staff are alway very helpful and professional. The rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom more than adequate. I plan to stay here for future visits.
