Stopped three nights with three friends hiking in the Eastern Lake District. We were made very welcome by Sue & Ian who were most helpful throughout our stay. The accommodation is excellent and the super breakfast set us up nicely for the hills! Many thanks and certainly recommend.

I stayed at this B&B last month with my partner and the owners couldn't have been more welcoming.
Room was spotless, great location to centre parcs and breakfast was lovely.
Would recommend and would happy stay again.

My son and I stayed in this B&B as he was judging at the Penrith show as it's difficult to get single rooms we booked a twin however when we arrived Sue offered us the family room which was much better for us the room was absolutely spotless as was everywhere we looked I couldn't find a fault with any of the B&B the breakfast was delicious I think cooked by Ian.The location is excellent for bars restaurants and takeaways I would definately recommend this to anyone and hope I can return and stay longer.

We were at a family wedding and we stayed in the Caledonia hotel.
The rooms were beautiful, clean, right in the town of Penrith.
The couple were really friendly and nothing was any bother beautiful cooked breakfast.
Bags were carried to our room which was nice as we had traveled along way we were even ask if we would like to take toast back to our room for our son who was so tired to get up in time to eat

Upon arrival we were welcomed by a very friendly owner. The bedroom and ensuite were very clean and comfortable with lovely furnishings. Breakfast was also more than adequate for us. Thoroughly recommend this accomodation.
