Omg!! Where do I start, we got married on 6th January. The hotel and all the staff were amazing. We did not have to worry about anything. We have to say a major THANK YOU to Gemma our wedding coordinator. She was amazing n ended up part of the family. She listened and nothing was any trouble. Everyone needs a Gemma to help with their wedding. We cannot thank all the staff in making our wedding prefect. Every little detail was prefect from Gemma even helping me unload my car lol. All my guests raved about the food, the guests with special food requirements loved their food. Considering how many guest we had all the food was hot and amazing. Even down to the details of breakfast, a reserved area for all the wedding party finished off our amazing weekend and made it even more special. My father has been in ill health and the staff understood and made his day easier helping thru out the day. Honestly we cannot thank or recommend this hotel enough. Everyone was amazing. But Gemma was out of this world, all my guest raved about Gemma nothing was any trouble she was always there. Like I've said every bride needs a Gemma shes is fabulous. Thank you to all the staff n Gemma, they are made our day so special and magical x

Stayed here on the 9th December hotel was very nice friendly staff bad point was stayed in room 131 and was woken up around 7am with loud music in our room couldnât make out where it was coming from until we went to check out it came from a speaker on the ground floor thatâs on the ceiling under the room told the ladies on reception how loud it was in the room they said they would look into it shame didnât get a nice lye in as the beds were warm and comfortable.

Attended a lost in wonderland Christmas party last night. It was well organised with lots of cute touches from the Mad hatter to the drink me bottles. All inclusive deal was good value and the food was nice. Dj favoured the cheesier tunes but kept the dance floor busy. A good choice for your Christmas party.

We're just home from an excellent stay at the Caledonian hotel. The staff are very friendly and efficient, it was their first turkey and tinsel event they had done and for a first time, they did an amazing job! We stayed on a bed breakfast and evening meal package. The food was delicious and plenty of choice. Lovely presents from Santa for us all (40 + people). Can't fault our room at all but if people had a concern these were dealt with straight away. We stayed in an executive room, large, comfy and modern. Little touches like crisps, bottled water and packets of biscuits in our room were very welcomed. We'd like to say a massive thank you to all the lovely staff but a special mention to the restaurant manager and the bar and events manager for their hospitality and we'll definitely be back in the spring. Thank you.

Fine hotel.Seems well managed.All staff very pleasant and everything worked in room.Food very good but only complaint slow service from kitchen on both nights.
Hotel in area that literally closes down after 11-30.Taxis beware.Ripped off by LA on one journey by £2 and black cabs advised the most expensive.Drinks seem to be the same price everywhere.Prices not cheap but not OTT
Will I return to hotel ...YES but must get a deal.Do I recommend....YES.
