Please think before you book!
-No maintenance
-Rooms were dirty and AC not effective
-Most of the cable TV Connections were out of order.
-Bathroom shower wasn't functional.
âï¸ð«BEWARE*âï¸ð«No Hot water connection to the faucet/Shower.
-Food isn't good with limited options.Even a Dhaba food could be better than here.
â-Swimming pool didn't have water .
Gymnasium was in terrible condition.
-Safety chains on the doors were broken.
â-Bath towel and room linen wasn't clean
-There was not even a single hanger in the cupboard.
âDURING MY STAY I HAD TO CHANGE 4 ROOMS.

We have booked a 4srar hotel and shocked to see dust in all over the room.
then requested to change the room,
even after that we need to ask the hotel for each facility and call them, again and again,
feeling like I am in dharam-dhala where we go to reception and ask them for services.
almirah, walls and even bathroom is not clean.
room locker is not working.

This hotel is worst . Worst service ever . Worst rooms no maintainence. No good food available. This hotel should not exist actually. Reception attended rudely and door locks are also horrible. Room are literally in horrible condition.

I stayed here for one night rooms was little old style bathroom needs to get upgraded, there was a mini bar but nothing was inside that's bad for a 4 star hotel,They give two Water bottles of 1 litre but all unbranded
location is fantastic , thaltej area is best areas to stay it's very quiet area but otherwise ok it was a good trip
I didn't taste the food so I cannot comment on the food.

Rooms not cleaned until forced. Rooms are ok but services are horrible. Seems like the hotel was very good once upon a time but now it's not maintained properly. Not only the rooms but the lobby is also dirty. Even after complaining it wasn't cleaned.
