I really like this hotel, I stay here regularly for work. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the room is quite large and the breakfast very good. It's very close to the airport, 5-6 minutes by taxi. There is a free shuttle bus too but this only runs at certain times, the times are listed at the reception. It's not very close to Vilnius centre, so to explore Vilnius I would stay in the town itself.
Breakfast is buffet style with hot and cold options, plus a choice of hot drinks, juice and fruit. Their porridge is the best I've ever tasted! If you have an early flight the staff will make a packed lunch for you to take with you.
The hotel is on the main road to Minsk but there's no road noise, it's a very quiet hotel.

Good hotel located ideally for business trip. Professional staff. Proper modern and clean room. Receptionist was really kind since i arrive late in the evening but she anyway managed to let cook for me a meal even if kitchen was practically closed. So, everything worked out perfectly. You have to talk a good hotel by little details and this is one. Recommended

The rating is generous, it is close to being average. Primary drawback is the location, which is too long from the city center. On the upside, it is easy to reach by car and the hotel does provide a city shuttle service which works OK. Staff is professional and forthcoming, the room is a bit small but otherwise fine, clean, with good wifi and tv, Breakfast has a nice selection of hot and old, OK bread, good coffee.
There is no safety box neither in the room nor in the reception.Would come again.

The only complaint was that the advertised shuttle bus and free breakfast were not available when we needed them. The hotel provided an inadequate "breakfast box" to replace breakfast but had to pay for a cab to get to the airport.

All I needed was provided by the hotel. Cozy bed with very nice pillow, tasty breakfast (choice of coffee and tea is an advantage) and a shuttle bus that anyone could take to go to the Gate of Dawn or to the airport.
Very helpful staff did their best to solve my problems.
Hotel is overally clean, but... At the first day I tried Lithuanian chocolate and unfortunately a little bit of it fell on the sheet. I hoped that cleaning service will change the sheet, so I won't get myself dirty, but that didn't happen! Instead, the sheet was laid upside down, so I could've missed it. What's more, third day looked the same with turning the sheet as the main entertainment. I know that everybody wants to save a bit, and reduce "global warming" but that was too much. It should be improved if you want your guests to come again.
