The moment I stepped in it was apparent that this place is intended for Japanese and not travellers. The staff were very inhospitable and made it very clear that I (an Australian) wasn't really welcome. It's overpriced for what you get, there's no wifi, no power socket in the capsual and you have to put up with people snoring. There are single business rooms in Ikebukuro with everything that this place is lacking and for a cheaper price.
